WHEN EVER I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THE ASSOCIATE THAT I ASK WILL GIVE ME THE AISLE AND LOCATION IN THE ISLE. THAT IS GREAT! SAVES A LOT OF SEARCHING TIME.

I noticed when I arrived an orange vested woman who was straightening merchandise at the entrance to the store. She said hello and I walked into the store quickly. Another employee said hello and asked if he could help me find anything. I asked him about roofing materials and he correctly identified which aisle I needed to go down to get what I needed. Then when I got to the register to check out, the cashier asked if I wanted her to throw away my coffee cup from Circle K. I told her no because I wanted to drink some coffee in no short order. She told me to get a cup for free from the contractor desk. That made my day and that personal treatment is what motivated me to fill out this survey.

Walked into customer service area, was attended to right away. The lady behind the counter called appliances, told them what I wanted and it was brought up. Nate put the purchase item in my car - in and out in under 30 min. Was great!

We can most always get what we need at this store. Sometimes you have to look for an associate but they are always helpful and knowledgeable. They don't make you feel like you are bothering them especially if they have to retrieve items from the back or up on the top shelves. They are all very friendly. The aisles are roomy even with some of the displays in the aisles.

Store is well organized, clean, and close to my home.

I hardly have to look very far for help and most of the time employees and cashiers have been very kind I love the available items and the help you receive when you are being creative.

This store compared to another store that is closer to our house, has more of a selection on stock at the store. I don't might driving the extra miles. The paint department is knowledgeable and helpful.

Sales Associate Jack went way out of his way to make sure that I found what I was looking for! It was more trouble than I had anticipated... but Jack kept following up and following through! Very Impressive!

I perfer Home Depot over Lowes anyday, because they have a better selection of products, and friendlier & more helpful employees. In Home Depot every time I walk past an employee they always ask if they can help find something (every 10 feet), and in Lowes I never see an employee.

When we checked out of Garden, it was a hot day, but the cashier - Bill- was friendly and helpful and very pleasant in spite of having to work under less comfortable circumstances. Kudos to him.

I recently went to this store regarding an issue on a special order item for custom blinds/window coverings. I had two staff members from the store assist me in clearing this up. Both of these individuals went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Nowadays service isn't what I believe it used to be and we always hear the negative which is why I believe it's important to recognize great service when such is provided. Because of my experience with these two associates I will continue to shop at the Home Depot!
