We always find what we need at Home Depot and the store associates are always very helpful.

It's usually difficult to get help, I had a much better experience this time around, thank you and keep up the good work!

This store in general is so very helpful! The employees go out of their way to really help you when you need it! This has been our go to store even though another hardware store located nearby is a bit closer to us....we go out of our way to shop here for our home improvement projects because we always know that someone will be there to HELP US when we need an answer we dont know! Hands downs...the best customer service!

The associate who helped me knew what she was talking about. I had no idea what gauge meant and wondered about other products too. She wasn't pushy or anything. Because she was knowledgeable, had first hand experience with a similar product and not pushy, I really respected her. When I left the store, the cashier asked if I needed help. Being the Super Mom that I am, of course I declined. As I left the store, one of the associates offered to help and without being pushy, just started walking towards the door with me. Mind you, I bought a kitchen sink so, yep, I needed the help and it was much appreciated!!!

I visited the Marana, Az store to buy product for my swimming pool. This being the summer - pool products are high use items. As soon as I walked in to the store, to my surprise there it was sitting on a table.There was no price tag but I really needed to get in and get out quickly because I had groceries in the car. When I checked out there was a Sr lady working the cash register. She was very kind and engaging and encouraged me to fill out the survey which I did.

This store is always perfect. The staff is great and I get what I need every time.

The products were easily to find, as always I found more than I intended to buy.

The associates were immidiately available to unload the grill,the whole process of retutrn such a large item took less than 10 minutes. Overall great experience!

I needed to match a paint color with a small sample. The young lady working there was Kasey and she was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

The garden center associate was friendly and helpful. He stopped what he was doing to help me select a couple of trees, and he took time to look up details for me about one of the trees online. Another associate helped me load the trees in my pickup truck.

The store was very clean and organized had a little wait time for a associate to help Me because He was with another customer

Kiosk we tried to use was down. Christopher who checked us out was very helpful and friendly

Marana Home Depot store is the best in Pima county!

As a small business owner my only choice is The Home Depot. More importantly the North West location. With competitive prices and a great organized layout everything is easy to find. I can get in and get out fast and back to the jobsite. They always have enough employees to help out and they are available for any assistance I might need.

I only like going to this store in marana. The tucson stores give bad info instead if finding awnsers. Not just one visit on almost every time I needed help.

The store was clean , all the employees were very helpful, the products that I purchase were easy to get, I been going to homedepot since 1996,and I will continue going because I like homedepot

It seems when you don't need help there is someone to help and when you do need help there is no one around.

Although I was not able to get all the 40 door knobs I needed at this Home Depot Location I was extremely happy with the Customer service I received at this Location. I was very happy with the service provided by Malcolm and Ashley.

Employees hide from helping people. Paint techs don't know there jobs. And tools are cheep and break easily.

The associate in lumber recommended the right wood products for my project, and searched through the wood supplies to find the straightest items.

My expectations are always met at The Home Depot. The big issue is always getting instore directions and product knowledge. Most often these needs are met with a smile. The store is always clean and I leave with a great impression and the products I needed. I visit my local store atleast once a week for yard and house needs. The Home Depot makes it so easy!!!!

They tried their best to match my paint (2nd gal.) With the oh oh gal. Than combined both halves in another gal and made the 2 gallons the same. It all took time to get it all set up to even the store closing but waited to do so, so I could take the paint with me. I

I found all the selection of plants in the Home Depot that I was searching for.

I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. Although the store itself was really busy and all associates it seemed were helping others, the organization and cleanliness of the store made it super easy to get to where I needed to go. I found my items easily and the prices as always are low.
