I just moved from Houston TX. To Tucson there were a ton of small projects to complete, I was looking for different products all over the store, I saw Zach H. He took me to every single isle I need, explained me which product was better for my needs, in a couple time he was not sure and he got help from other associates. By far is the best service I've ever received at any HOME DEPOT and I can tell you I travel a lot from Texas, Washington, Indiana even out of the country.

The readiness of the employees to help is great, you feel valued and respected, the experience with the cashier I had was great.

I enjoy my experiences at Home Depot. However I find that they allow contractors to park in the loading bay and leave their vehicles unattended while they shop.

Not enough staff

Came in to buy a couple items one buckets and two potassium for the water softener we entered through the contractor's entrance had a warm greeting by Bonnie so when it's time to check out I normally use the to self checkout but instead went back to Bonnie because we wanted that same feeling leaving that I got coming in and she did not disappoint.

I found what I was looking for but when I wasn't sure about which one to choose the staff were very quick, courteous and helpful. The store was very clean and easy to manipulate around in with a loaded cart. I went to a different store initially and was left standing in the isle waiting and waiting. That has never happened in your store and I'll never go any where else again!

Bonnie at check out was friendly and very nice to talk with. Bonnie asked me if I found everything that I was looking for. Thank you HD you guys are awesome.

I don’t know anything about ceiling fans or pendant lights I received a lot of attention from Ralph in lighting. He spent a lot of time helping me make my selections. I had them installed. Everything looks great.

The store staff was helpful and directed us to the correct department. The dishwasher we wished to buy was on display so we could see it that day . Assistance was available immediately.The store was clean. The associates were extremely friendly and helpful.

I’m handicapped. If I need help there is always some one to help! Very nice atmosphere! I seek out an employee named Bobby. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful!

We always do our home needs shopping at Home Depot! The store lay out is easy to find all your supplies! It is always easy to find Help when needed! The cashiers are always helpful and pleasant!

Love the Christmas section,you all have great stuff,I wish I had more money to spend I buy lots of Christmas decorations.

My favorite store in the world.i would rather shop at Home Depot than any where, always something new to do with all the things available at Home Depot. A new home owners dream store.Thanks Home Depot.And the best employees,they are always pleasant and knowledgeable.

I needed to order online. Brittny from appliances graciously helped me through this process over the phone. I received great assistance, plus Home Depot beat the other name brand store ( do I need to add a name?) in price and delivery services.

Great service and friendly staff. The Tools department gave me a great overview on the Rigid line of table says and assisted in pulling down a saw that was at the very top of the rack. The folks at the self serve checkout were extremely helpful in explain the warranty on the product and the repair / return process in the event I had issues. I really like this store but live in Sahuarita.

Particularly in the home services area, where you buy tile, carpet, doors, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've always had good experiences with these particular people. They do the job right the first time and are very pleasant to work with. I've worked with several, and they all seem equally knowledgeable and friendly, and get you to the finish line with the anticipated result.

Everyone in this store are very friendly and very informative I have been shopping at this store for the past 7 years and there's no other store in Tucson that compare I will drive all the way to the Costco Road Home Depot before I go to the Home Depot on Oracle Road

Customer service is always above and beyond by all their employees. Always able to find what we are looking for and if not available at the time, the employees will always find it at another location. Store is always clean and well organized.

I had exceptional customer service the employee that assisted me had vast knowledge on what I needed and she saved me from ruining my deck I got the correct Deck Over paint that I needed .
