All of the Staff at this store are exceptional Scott and Tim in flooring Conie at the special order desk, cindy,at the returns, Gunner and Ray in Appliances Pat in Hardware Zar the manager and Betsy Dave in Electric, as you can see all of the staff in this story treat me like an old friend, I can not say the same for other Home Depo stores. This entire staff is great

Our Marathon Home Depot simply MUST be the BEST store in the U.S. !! Every employee is friendly and efficient and the store is well staffed and well stocked. It is clean, good signage and very nice clients as well.

Every time I shop at Home Depot in Marathon I had been help for any of the employees, but this time the cashier went beyond if I can say that because at the time of check out I needed something else and she went right away to help me to get it and she was keeping the same smile during my time of shopping.. great customer service the Lady Mayela Provided me. I am very satisfied with the service

The outdoor garden is exceptional here. A wide variety of plants and trees. The garden staff, especially Tammy, are well versed and educated on everything you need for your landscaping project.

Ryan was very nice aprochable and helpful.

The customer service is above and beyond ! The cashiers are grear and a girl names liz is very oytgoing and warming

Everyone is very nice and friendly:)

This was once a very friendly, readily available for help kind of store. It is not the same. Over the past couple of months it is continued to get worse. I do not feel safe in this store either, I have seen pallets blocking aisles that are filled with very sharp items, items in those top racks that looked to be teetering, on the verge of tipping. I have never felt this unsafe in this particular store.

The Home Depot Marathon is clean and organized. Every associate goes out of their way to find the product you're looking for. The associates do not just point to the direction of the aisle, they take you there.

Having been to HDs around the country, i'm pretty certain the staff at Marathon is the friendliest and most helpful - we appreciate them greatly!

This store has the most amazing employees, always willing to help, and take you to the product.

We were surprised to see the Marathon Home Depot up and running after the hurricane. They were so friendly, well stocked and had everything we needed.

Everyone was very helpful! Our Moravian Church group was down in Marathon doing Hurricane Irma relief work and we visited Home Depot many times. Each visit went smoothly...the staff was very helpful and friendly.

This store has a new and improved look. It is well stocked and staffed. There was no waiting time at the checkout and the store was busy.

We went into Home Depot in Marathon to buy some painting supplies. Ed at the Paint department was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we got to the parking lot, we realized that we had forgotten to notify the cashier that we were tax exempt. We took our items and receipt back into the store and Kathleen at the Pro Desk was outstanding. She assisted us in getting everything refunded back to our card and re-rang everything for us to include our tax exempt status. She was so pleasant and did not show signs of stress. It was very busy in the store, and she kept her cool and really did a great job. We were so appreciative of both Ed and Kathleen!

In spite of going through a terrible hurricane, everyone was helpful and the store was clean and employees helpful.

The garden center staff was so helpful and informative.

It was constantly busy and not enough employees to assist. I know it is post Irma, however, they could have made arraingements with other stores in Miami to lend additional support. Not enough cross trained employees who could point me in the right direction and only could respond "sorry, not my department ,I can't help you" so luckily Google was by my side to assist

Store is great in Marathon. Little confused right now but doing the best they can due to Hurricane Irma and everyone needing the same things.

I love your Marathon store and the people who work there. You lost a lot of employees because of Hurricane Irma since they now have no place to live . The people you do have are putting their homes back together as well as we are but they are still gracious and helped us a lot. Good people!

The Home Depot in Marathon is doing an incredible job supplying our community with materials and tools to help with recovery from Hurricane Irma. Even though the employees are likely dealing with their own personal issues from the hurricane, they remain friendly, helpful, and professional.

Aron in tools is an excellent employee. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He has always been polite and kind to me unlike how some other employees can be. The store has an okay amount on sale and the store is very clean.
