I ordered a lighting product online. Website indicated 14 in stock. Ordered cancelled. After about 5 tries, I got someone on the phone at the store. This person was helpful. Could not explain the cancelled order. But confirmed the product was in stock and encouraged me to reorder. I did. That order was cancelled. Finally, I drove to the store and found what I wanted. Nevertheless, what is with the cancellations? Why accept my online order if not going to deliver? There is disconnect between website specified inventory, and website accepting orders that store will not do.

The place is great and has all tools required to be handy person. What I do not like are the people that hang out by the front parking lot to provide services. These people can be aggressive and intimidating to someone who has no interest in their services.

I found the items I was looking for and store was clean.

I had to have keys made and in the past didn't have much success. I was hesitant to use Home Depot for this service and debated if I should go back. Since I was in the neighborhood I took my chances. David helped me quickly and efficiently. If you ever need keys made go see David!

The store is nice and busy which leads to the thought that parking needs to improve and all areas need to be cleaned more often. Too much debris on the ground. There is a good knowledge in the store but it needs to be improved whereby all the employees should be trained to provide quality information about better equality products.

I have shopped at this store for over 20 years. Recently there is too much merchandise locked up requiring employee assistance to buy. It just wastes so much of my time to shop here when I need to get multiple things unlocked on different ends of the store. Been going to other hardware stores more and saving tons of time.

Chance helped me with finding right refrigerator and washer & Dryer. I needed specific size and brand and she spend good amount of time and found me perfect appliances. Thank you

I have been looking for a stove for a few months and have read the reviews and visited many stores. Finally, ran into a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson, Chance, at the Plata Vista location and purchased the stove from her. She definitely went the extra mile to help me decide.

There have been various times where it was difficult to get someone to assist you.

Use any Home Depot but Marina Del Rey. They don’t care, they are rude, never offer to help. All the others are great

Tons of employees, no one can answer any questions or help, and then we check ourselves out while a group of workers stand and watch. UNACCEPTABLE!

Just wanted to give a special thanks to both Tonya and Whitney. I purchased several items the other day and a sales person directed me to the aisle wherr one of my items should have been. When it was not there, I checked the app, which said it was out of stock. On my way out I asked Tonya why it wasn’t in the store and both of them immediately told me that it was and that the app must be wrong. Whitney then personally walked me over to the aisle and there it was. Very grateful to both of them for their wonderful attitudes and eagerness to help. Saved me a return trip. Wonderful customer service. It’s the little things that people notice. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with how the worker handled the inquiry and how he did his job. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but he was young person with big opportunities.

One of your employees, Art, was not only helpful in guiding me to the right piping for my project but also offered to cut the pipes for me out of the kindness of his heart. Can not say enough great things about his customer service and commitment to help. 10/10 would recommend Art and this store.

I buy all my remodel and fixing and repair needs for all my properties in the greater Playa Del Rey area.

Thanks for opening a little bit earlier than most stores. Makes it more convenient and the ability to beat the crowds.

I am very appreciative of the return policy of HD because, when I am doing a job, I'd rather leave with more than I need so I won't have to come back. I spend a lot of money and time getting everything I need. At the end of the day, the last thing I need is a bad attitude from HD associates which I usually get from the likes of Josiah and Sandra. I've dealt with both on multiple occasions. Their attitude is really insulting. I'll blame it on management.

Would like to see improvements in when phone Expierance was not great got transferred 8 times then hang up went in the store following day I called between 430 and 530pm was also on hold for long time 30 mins

The store is well stocked and the people are knowledgeable and nice.

I prefer this location over a nearby one based on the knowledgeable and friendly staff, shopping carts always at the ready general good organization of the store. I’m closer to the Ladera store than Marina Del Rey but will always drive to MDR, as Ladera usually is disappointing

Home Depot is a one stop shop for anything you need to get your house looking better. From plants to hardware to cleaning materials. They have it all. The employees are always personable and professional. Many of them have a lot of information to help you.

I walked the aisles in various depts and encountered at least 10 employees. Not one greeting or can I help you. When I asked for an item to one employee the response was a short “3”, meaning aisle 3 which I had to clarify. I guess cutting open the box of 6.00 box cutters was more important than a several hundred dollar sale. Lastly, they took out all registers for self checkout - horrible idea. A long time ago employee of HD and customer, Service and relationships do not matter at this store.

The rental tool center associates are terrible. They don’t acknowledge you, or ask you if you need any help. They just talk to each other and hope you leave.

Connie and Marquez were extremely helpful and guided me on which plans to get for my garden how long they last for and which type of sun and shade I was extremely happy with the service here and I highly recommend it

When something is needed for a home repair or a home makeover. Home Depot is the place to visit.

The electrician called to say he'd be able to install the switches in the morning at the last minute so I raced to Home Depot, arrived at closing, knew what I needed and after a few rules and some explanation, he made the effort to bring it to me so i was checked out with other shoppers completing their purchases. I was very grateful
