Seketra was friendly & helpful - please give her a raise

On this visit to Home Depot I decided to venture into the regular check-out line instead of self-check. The line seemed to be moving quickly and when I got to the cashier, Reyna, she offered me $50 credit if I applied for a Home Depot credit card. Not something I need but for $50 credit on my $100+ order it was worth listening. Reyna was quick and efficient and I saved $50. What could be better.

I bought a new refrigerator at Marina del Rey Home Depot, but it wasn't cooling, so the next day after it was delivered, I went to the store, very upset, to resolve the problem. Tai in Major Appliances took excellent care of me. She resolved the problem by offering to replace refrigerator, refund it, or purchase another one. I choose to refund it and purchase a different brand. It was Tai who made all of the phone calls to get return authorization and haul it away. She then helped me with my purchase, which ended up saving me money, and I left so happy, knowing she and Home Depot are in my corner and I can count on them. Been shopping there since 1990s and have purchased flooring, window treatments, and all major appliances there. Would recommend Marina del Rey Home Depot highly.

I came in to buy a washer/dryer. I couldn’t get the $100 off with my new Home Depot credit card because it needed to have a higher limit to cover the transaction. Tai got them on the phone for me and they increased the limit and made the discount happen plus the sale! Really happy with this store will be coming back.

From time to time I have been approached inside the store by solicitors for various products for promotional and sales enticements. When inside a store there is nothing more aggravating than to be bothered by in house promotional agents inconveniencing customers. In addition, in your parking lot, I don't like to compete for parking spots with various private/independent 'contractors' and their 'haul away' trucks, basically loitering on the premises. It's bad enough there are a multitude of vehicles parked in the red zone on the western flank of the street adjacent to your parking lot for the better part of the day.

Had a great experience at Home Depot in Marina Del Rey! And the customer service was wonderful! The associate Wesley was so nice and even helped me put the plants I bought in my car.

The employee at Home Depot in marina was the best. Her name is Ladonna! She is very helpful and she has a lot of knowledge on items which is very impressive. Keep workers like that because she went above and beyond to make my shopping trip the best experience

Cashier was more concerned with flirting with a male employee then with my purchase? She said not one word... only how much my item cost? Not a single good morning, hello or even said thank you, when transaction was completed? Obviously she could have cared less on informing me to filling out the survey?

I drove very far because the computer said that the store had most of the items I needed. However, this was not the case at all. You did not have light fixture, plumbing itesm, sealant for showers and the list goes on. One guy in lighting was terrific. He really tried tofind the item and we both looked for the item for a long time and helped with other things. unfortunately you were out of most items. Not enought help, Then 3 people ran right out infront of my nose steialling items. Security was amaazing and even stopped one of them I was going to go to another HD close by but I was affraid..

Autumn and Josiah went above and beyond to helm me find the perfect TV mount. Autumn was able to find me something similar which was perfect for what I was looking for. Thanks again for the quality service !

I purchased a dishwasher, spent over $1,000. The delivery was a nightmare. I did not get the 30 minute notice prior to deliver (I don't live at the site). When I was called next I was told the deliverers are at the site. I asked that they wait 15 minutes while I get there; I was there in 12 minutes and they were gone.

I purchased carpeting with Cesar in the carpeting department. He went outof his way to help me. I am very impressed with his service. I will see him for my next purchase as he was very very qualified

Otto, who was at the cutting station was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my project easier to complete. He was very thorough and checked that each cut was accurate before turning them over to me. His service was speedy!

I shop here often mainly for gardening projects. Today was all about painting a room in my home. Having never painted a room before the associate was amazing and helped me with everything I needed.

I got my Christmas Tree on a dark and cold night but Wesley and Gabriel made that endeavor easy and enjoyable. Wesley helped pick out a tree and Gabriel tied it to our car for transport. They exemplified great customer service.

Able to buy household products I needed and also able to get flowers and Christmas + Holiday items in one stop at Home Depot. Yes, I LOVE that.

Huge selection, and hopeful staff, especially Carla in plumbing who helped me solve a shower faucet handle/knob problem that had stymied me for a couple of months. Carla deserves a raise. She understood my problem, referred me to where the answer may lie and let me figure it out with her guidance. Now, I have working a working shower/bath again.

For the 1st time - I really really enjoyed my HD shopping trip - 100% due to special efforts of Jonathon & ( cashier) Tessa - they listened well - genuinely tried to do a great job & I was thoroughly impressed at their efficient efforts to create a positive retail experience. The world would be a far better place if we had more employees, workers, drivers , team players , managers, etc etc such as Tessa & JONATHON! PLZ THAANK THEM 4 me again - then REWARD THEM W/ a RAISE!!’or they probably won’t last.

i purchased various items and checked out. In the parking lot i noticed an item charged twice incorrectly. I ran back in to the clerk and waited inline again to talk to her. She was UNABLE TO CORRECT THE ERROR. I was told to go to Returns desk where i waited inline once again (wasting 40mins of my life). BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING THE CUSTOMER!!!

Really clean and helpful people

This store is great! Unlike other Home Depot stores this one is the best one I have visited yet. I have been to the one in Hollywood, CA that's located on Sunset Blvd and they have way to many vagrants roaming around inside the store and sleeping or abusing drugs inside the bathrooms. Makes me uncomfortable to shop around. Marina Del Rey is clean and neat. I would of thought the store in Hollywood would of been as good because of the location but I guess it is not. Aww
