The only bad thing was with the delivery of the ceramics we bought. They never announced that they would arrive and left the product on the street. Bad service from the company Home Depot works with.

I was going down the isle for Playsand and there i caught the workers doing stretches and excercises. I asked what they were doing. And a Boss instructor said the men were fixing to start their shift and they have to do this beforstarting. I thought that was Awesome. Back to my purchase I bought A Ryobi One + HP BRUSHLESS. I haven't tryed it yet. But I'm excited to add this new tool to my Collection.

We bought some appliances from Home Depot with no interest for 12mo.. they were out of stock at other stores and Home Depot was even less expensive than stores!

They don't even try to help you with anything like if its there money i asked for help putting my discount code she just said no, RUDE

Needed some issues resolved and the Baytown store had ONE associate at the Customer Service desk and 12 people in line. The HOUSTON store had 5 associates with their own kiosks and they were happy, knowledgeable and super helpful. Not only that, but their ON HAND Inventory was correct - Baytown's was completely wrong!!!!!!!!!!

Went to pick up some outdoor chairs and with all of the seemingly extra employees there, none wanted to look for the chairs that the app said was available there. HD did not impress on this trip.

Self service and zero workers actually checking. Only one person helping the self checkouts that were open?

There have been times when i went to another store if no cart was available

I love Homedepot they are one stop shop. Great known products from electrical,paint Applances and much more!

I purchased an attic door great price great quality and homedepot curbside service is great and polite.

Needed a water heater and found it in stock. Had a good variety so with no problem found what I was looking for. and parts i needed to replace on the water heater.

I had ordered 19 boxes of tile and 5 were broken, so had to be reorder. While it was an inconvenience, Kenn helped us resolve the issue promptly and went over and above! Sadly, its rare to get this kind of service now days. Home Depot - Market Street: you have a gem in Kenn!

I thought I was reviewing Home Depot in Baytown. I returned over $600 in materials and Robin who works the return desk in Baytown was accommodating and professional. I’m sorry but the Home Depot is always dirty and employees have little customer service skills on Market St.

I bought a large outside bulb even though it was the wrong size so he checked at the store on Ella Blvd , they had it,

Placed an ordered 24 hrs, they guaranteed it will be pulled. Once I arrived, the order has half pulled and it took them over 2 hours to bring the materials towards the front.
