As I walked in was greeted very friendly .A worker helped me with my purchase, wished I could remember his name. Only thing I could think of is have more handicapped parking. Ya'lls store is great. Ya'll could teach many other stores alot!!

Best Paint help ever!

I was a storm victim and the service team from this store help me a lot from picking out tile to getting a better toilet.

The employees are always very helpful they have great customer service

I love to garden and decorate my yard. I have my own YouTube channel in which I feature my work and activities in farming/gardening. This store is one of the greatest places to fulfill my needs and wants with achieving my dreams.

I go to the home depot store on Market Street in Houston Texas, n I love the courtesy n pride this store has in clean n respect n employees are always smiling n very helpful, at times I needed help to load some things n these employee's just walked me out n helped me , I really appreciated the help. Not many hardware stores have employees who assist you all the way n direct immediately to other areas n connect you to the employee in that certain area of expertise, I love my home depot store on Market Street.

The older lady in the paint department was very experienced and knowledgeable about the paint. She was very helpful to me. I believe the whole team for the paint department work well together they help each other.

Poor customer service and the person over special orders Michelle G is very rude

I would recommend this store only because the location, it's close to my home. However, the customer service when I visited was horrible. I had to hunt down employees for assistance. When I finally got someone they were very irritable. Tile was not easy to find, however the store was clean.

Love the folks at this store, very friendly staff and always helpful. The door greater is the best and he always sets the pace for my shopping experience. I enjoy going to this specific location.

items needed were still on truck after two days if truck is not unloaded , items will never be in stock !!!

Very poor service. I do not recommend shopping at this store. Waited 30 minutes for assistance which was poor at best. Very disorganized employees and management. Associates are not helpful or friendly and not willing to help. Not enough selection of products either.

My regular home depot. Its always the first place i go for my home needs.

The store was very clean the shelves were stocked, most product was in its place. However, for the few employees that I passed I was not greeted, or acknowledged, I just went in to get some information on carpeting for a home, but when I got to the department there were no employees there and the one that passed me did not even stop to ask if I need any assistance, or let me know that they would call for someone to come over to give me that assistance.

Customer service has always been lack luster at this store. I waited over 30 minutes for an employee from appliances to help me because she was busy holding a safety flag for her co-working loading/unloading storage racks. I was told to wait by her, and so I did. After her co-worker is done loading/unloading, she disappears. Another employee, Amber, from up front walks by and asks if I need help. I said that I'm waiting for a lady from appliances to help me. She goes to remind the other employee that I'm waiting. After 5-10 minutes more, I find Amber up front and ask her to help me. She provided excellent customer service, helping me to make a purchase of a gas oven. Thank you Amber, not only for doing your job, but the job of others.

This store is always well stocked and has a huge selection of various brands.

The best way to get projects done is to make a list and order it online. They text you when it's ready for pick up. They do a great job picking the best material.

Love the store. Never out of stock on items. Love the location. Just wish more people are around to help you when you need assistance.
