I found everything i needed and the sales associate was very helpful

Called in and talked to Ashley in customer service. Ordered 24 4 x 4 x 8's. She had them bundled and ready for pickup within an hour of my call.

Store associate was so helpful, even went to back to check stock and found item I needed. Thank you thank you! Cashier, however, was face timing and on speaker phone with someone! Not only could I hear the other person on her phone, but see them as well, as her phone was propped against her register. Get it together people. Cashiers never like it when a customer is on the phone checking out, so please let's respect each other and not be on our phones during the whole check out process .

It was easy to find the items I was looking for except for cheese cloth. I asked an associate and she looked it up on her hand held computer. She lead me to isle 4 & found the cheese cloth.

Was in and out in a flash. The attendant was so nice and quick.

Associate stepped up for contractor that drove from Baytown after calling in for availability of materials. after they found another dropped the ball by not visibly checking for the materials before advising the contractor. Teamwork came into play when display was empty and they (2 Associates) quickly located additional materials and got me on my way.

Buying offline and picking up at the store is very nice. Associates are very nice. You can get in and get out in a timely manner.

Having shopped at the Market ST Home Depot in Houston, I am always amazed at the talent of the store associates I deal with. Ms. Karla and Jessie know who we are and are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we are an extremely satisfied customer. I believe they are an excellent example of true customer service agents.

As a Marine Corps Veteran, I like how Home Depot take care of us. The discount is good. The way we (the Veterans) get treated by the associates is of respect and they always thankful for our Service. I shop in both Home Depot and Lowes, but started noticing that the prices on the majority of the articles I purchase are lower at Home depot. Thank you for taking care of us, Veterans.

My husband and I were very happy with the help received by the associate in plumbing. He was very knowledgeable in water heaters and directed us on the necessary accessories needed. When my husband mention the items he read was needed the associate was professional and honest and directed us to only the required equipment. It was an emergency purchase-- the gas heater was leaking that morning.

Very helpful associates when I can find one, Or when i can find one for the correct department. Many times I'm passed from one to the next. It's easier for me to go online to find my products ahead of time so I know which aisle and bin they're in, and if it's in stock. Always clean, friendly fast check-out, and when i can find an associate, it has always been a pleasant, informative and educational experience.

Finding what you need is easy, but even then the staff is helpful and kind enough and has a great overal personality and energy about the place. Well lit and very spacious, check out is speedy and everything is neat and in place. Highly recommended.

Given the location of this store it has a high traffic volume and yet is organized and clean each and every time I visit this store.
