I am very happy with the service and expertise I received while getting painting supplies form the paint department.

I went to Home Depot dreading the experience because it was hot, and I have limited mobility. But I left feeling quite pleased with the experience. Every Store Associate I encountered was knowledgeable and quick to help me find what I needed. I doubted that the store would have cacti, but they had them and a wide variety of them. I also doubted that they would have the special cacti potting soil, but they did and the Associate went to find it for me so I wouldn't have to do more walking. I rated the store cleanliness down a bit, but it WAS the gardening area so having some dirt on the floor seemed like something one would expect.

WONDEFUL STORE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I SEE IS THE WILLINGNESS OF THE SALES ASSOCIATES ON THE FLOOR TO RENDER ASSISTANCE. THEY WERE ORE PREOCCUPIED WITH THEIR ASSIGNED TASK SUCH AS STOCKING THE SHELVES OR UNPACKING GOODS, ETC. IT'S AS IF THE CUSTOMER WAS SLOWING THEM DOWN FROM COMPLETEING THEIR TASK BEFORE THEY COMPLETE THEIR SHIFT.

I asked for help and was led directly to the product I was looking for. Thank you!

This store is well laid out. The different departments make sense. The associates and cashiers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Yet, they must be available to all customers which takes them out of their respective departments. Therefore, the wait is a little longer for the impatience customer who is not willing to wait.

I was only given the basics information by my contractor for supplies. I was glad to have the associate help me get all the necessary equipment to avoid another trip to the store. She was very knowledgeable about the products the store offers. I also had a very pleasant checkout. It is always nice to have a "smile" greeting you when you are spending your money. Thanks again Ladies for the "painless experience.

The associate was a huge help in the selection of the fire detectors I bought. Would have been difficult without his assistance.

The store was well lite and the associates were helpful. I generally shop early while everyone is alert so that I can get in and out of the store as expediently as possible. I like shopping this store because I am familiar with the layout and some of the employees.

For any home project or lawn / garden projects, this is my first stop, and pretty much my only stop most days since I find what I need.

I hate wasting time looking for things that I need to buy!! That never happens at my local HD store in Matteson, Illinois!! If I don't immediately find what I am shopping for, there is always a staff member who can point me in the right direction or more often, actually take me there to the exact location! Not only that.... they are always informative and if they don't know they find someone for me that does!!

Home depot Behr paint is the best, they also have the excellent customer service for do it youselfers

I purchased a display model power washer, it didnt have the manual with it , the store associate to time to explain how to connect each holes and how to operate the system, he was a big help to me, this is why i love shopping at home depot, because you get help unlike menard, where you cant find an associate when you need one

Kelvin Highsmith runs a great department. Staff is very knowledgeable. I have never left electrical with bad advice.

Sales Associate Kevin went above and beyond the norm to locate an item, I specifically came to Home Depot to purchase. Will be shopping H D in the future!

The store was clean and well organized. I used the self checkout without any hitches. The gas range replacement knobs that I wanted was out of stock.

The staff at the Matteson store are always professional, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Willing to assist when you need help without being overly aggressive with a sales push, can point you in the right direction or fully assist with decision making process if asked for input, experience and knowledge.

Just wanted to say how happy I was with the customer service I recieved by the night crew. Everyone was helpful in getting the answers I needed.

Enjoy shopping at your store because of the friendliness of your employees. We were looking for a wooden toilet seat but you only carried one, and it was to light for our liking. Maybe in the future you can add a darker color wooden one to your selection.

I was really impressed with the level of service at the store. Excellent experience from beginning to end! I was pleased with the level of professionalism. The store was well-stocked, and there was no doubt that I purchased top quality materials at the suggestion of the associate.

Nice store. I enjoyed my visit to the store, things were easy to find and the employees were helpful. The garden dirt was on sale and I bought 6 bags of it. I also buy other things throughout the year from this store.
