I love coming to Home Depot in Matteson, IL. I shop there all the time, there are some many quality items I purchase. Home Depot always have a sale on something. Like most women, I take my time and look for sales.. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought some home cleaning items and an accessory for my dryer. I researched on the app where the items I needed were located. While I was in the store I remembered that I needed some grout. As I walked in the aisle there was a person who assisted me in finding the right grout and color. Im so grateful

Great service and I always find what I need

I shop at this Home Depot. The physical plant has excellent parking-including for people who need special parking. Inside are well-marked display racks and employees to direct or help you. I opened a Home Depot account and received a significant discount on the product I was purchasing. The only challenge you'll face is an abundant number of alternatives to what you are looking to buy.

The employees in the Matteson Home Depot are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are pleasant and they wear mask to help keep everyone safe. They will stay with you to keep helping you until you are satisfied and have what you need if possible. This is why I call The Home Depot "my second home".

Horrible experience. Tony the manager is actually worse than the employee Blake who both decided that bad service is the expectation.

This business is a much needed business in the south suburbs and respects the needs of area residents. Its employees are professional, responsive, personal, and friendly. The costs of the goods are fair and the personal attention provided by employees are priceless. I appreciate the clean, well-stocked shelves and ease of finding what I need.
