Was looking for an airless wheelbarrow tire, the price was affordable , ended up buying three.

found everything I needed, really appreciate the effort made by store staff.

I WAS IN A HUGE HURRAY! HAD A MYSTERY SHOPPER DURING THE LATE NIGHT HOURS TOOK THE KEY TO MY VEHICLE AND SOME TOOLS AND A BIKE. THEY USED MY OWN VEHICLE TO HAUL THE ITEMS TAKEN FROM MY HOME. UNFORTUNATLY FOR ME IT WAS ONE OF MY OWN CHILDREN. I NEEDED TO CHANGE DEAD BOLT AND DOOR LOCKS. CAME INTO WORK DURING A SLOW PERIOD I CAME TO HOME DEPOT PURCHASED WHAT I NEEDED AND RETURNED TO WORK. DURING MY LUNCH BREAK I WILL BE INSTALLING NEW LOCKS AND SECURING MY WINDOWS. I LOOKED UP THE DEAD BOLT AND LOCKS BEFORE I WENT AND NEW THEY WERE IN STOCK. AS I ARRIVED I ASKED A YOUNG MAN WHERE I COULD FIND THE ITEMS I NEEDED HE REPLYIED ISLE 25 WENT OBTAINED ITEMS AND PAYED FOR THEM IN AND OUT IN TEN MINUTES. AT A PRICE THAT I COULD AFFORD. THANK YOU!

Returns desk needs to have better knowledge when customer are returning items under warranty and not just tell you to go home and call a number. Had to go home and call the number and then they sent me right back to the store. This was a really inconvenience cause I work 6 days out of the week and this was my only day

I visit this store just because I'm more familiar with it, but frankly it really needs to provide more customer service. The only time I get approached by someone at this store is because they are doing a survey. When I need help, I got to be chasing employees for good while, then when I see one down the aisle, it never fails, they go some other way like they're actually trying to avoid me. There's been times I just get frustrated and leave. When I'm lucky and find an employee to ask him where to find a product, they just point to or say "aisle 12...". At Lowe's they actually walk with you to get the product. There's a big difference between Home Depot and Lowe's in terms of customer service. I guess Lowe's has this policy for employees to go and ask you if you need any help. That rocks. Please learn from them!

I love coming to the Home Depot in Pharr Tx. The associates in the contractors desk are always trying to go above and beyond for me. Would recommend to anyone.
