I order Sheetrock to be delivered the order was delayed by 4 days then they sent product damage I sent back and ask for new product and they sent out another delivery with more damage products poor service

This store has two flags outside it's building and neither were at half staff for General Powell. If you are going to put flags outside your building the company and store need to follow all executive orders when putting the flag at half staff

This is a nice store. They have most items items I am looking for. They have a good selection of various products as their competitors. I also shop online and pick-up in the store.

Bob Papas at the Prodesk is indispensible to us, our painters and our building team. He really does a fantastic job, helps us to look up our account and reorder products when we need more than we ordered and didn't keep records ourself, helps us find good prices on appliance packages and just really looks out for us whenever we have issues. He has saved the day many times!

I realize that late on a nice quiet Sunday evening is probably not a good time to shop for materials. I found NO ONE to help in the entire garden department. Was told they were sent home early because of slowness. I'm glad that I purchased 1 item online for pickup in store because I wouldn't be able to find it without some help (of which there was none).

Everyone is friendly and helpful at this store, especially in the paint dept. where I found two caring and knowledgeable female employees.

While in store I was asked several times if I needed help.

Bought building materials to aid in constructing a green house. Also purchased Behr clear sealer for the cedar wood on the greenhouse. Great product and was easily applied with a sprayer and roller.

These guys deserve raises.

I was in there March 29th to buy paint. Unfortunately I do not remember the lady that was at the paint counter but she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the correct paint without paying more than I needed too. I will be buying paint again soon and I hope she is there. She was helping multiple people and took time with each one and had a very helpful and friendly attitude and was joking with us about something my husband and I said. It was a great experience.

Nobody loaded any of my curbside order in my vehicle. Customer service loaded my order in a cart after I went insise...sent me and my new hip out the door. Want curbside? Go somewhere else

Spent $799 last night, as a veteran I only got a 5% discount! They advertise 10% Such a disgrace. I'm going to blast it all over social media and tell all brother veterans not to shop there!

Many times I find myself having to pre-order merchandise and then pick it up here when it comes in a few days later. The biggest disappointment though is that the majority of the studs and joists in stock here are so shoddy in quality that I would not build my kid's playhouse with them. They are all cracked, split, warped, bowed, or have some other defect (and these are the prime studs!) - Imagine what the lesser grade pieces have going on for them. I just cannot justify paying the amount of money they are charging for such bad quality wood.

Using the sample I provide, the employee who worked with me worked diligently to make the best match possible. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable - a credit to Home Depot

Just bought a riding lawn mower for my son & they had the brand & models to choose from plus the Pro Service membership..

Walked in for only a couple of things, all staff were very friendly. Store is managed well as the place is clean and tidy.

I had an excellent experience at Home Depot. I dropped off a can of paint which the associates pulled and matched for me and agreed to shake my old can while I completed my other goal, addressing a camel cricket infestation of my shed. A knowledgeable associate was promptly available. She helped me find a pet/child-safe product that was effective with this pest and also helped me find a bottle applicator for my poison ivy killer where the applicator had become ineffective and pointed out that refill bottles are less expensive. I want to say I accomplished all this and was in and out of the store in about 15 min. Mission accomplished!

Bought a lawnmower that was missing accessories. June, a sales associate, hunted down everything for me. She was incredible. This store is the place to go if you need help.
