When I get to home depot it reminds me of my garage , a lot of leftover home depot stuff in my garage .

I shop at this Home Depot a lot. Associates are not friendly or helpful. Not like Brunswick store, very helpful and friendly there. Travel a little distance to Brunswick to get real help and to feel appreciated.

We bought a Microwave, there was a variety to choose from and not overly priced. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We’ve been working on an old home….Home Depot has been my friend lately. Needing help every turn . Employee’s are to be commended for their good service!

Jennifer was the first person I interacted with to start a remodel project of an entire apartment. She was helpful with the kitchen and many other steps along the way. She is friendly and customer driven. I cannot say enough good things about her. Anita and Joe have also been excellent resources to me and my contractors. There have been a few major missteps during this year long project, but they, along with their management team have tried to make things right. The team at Medina is top notch and I have spent heavily there as a result. They have earned my business.

Why did veterans lose out on discounts for appliances? It’s a shame we’ve chosen profits over honoring those who have sacrificed for the freedoms we all get to enjoy each day. Home Depot still makes bank even if they have the discounts. It’s greed greed greed…sad!

Paid my 26.00 for a small piece of plywood, recieved change from 100 bill, all in 5's. When leaving cashier belted out "yeah, pay with 100 bill for a piece of wood, that's what you'll get". Cashier said this in front of at least 6-7 people. Home Depot needs to get a handle on these older, bitter employees. NOT the first problem I've had at this store.

This store has a really good staff and well-stocked selection of products.

My wife went in to purchase 3 items (totalling less than $20). The first self checkout she went to, the hand scanner was not working. When she tried moving to another self checkout, an employee started yelling at her saying how she didn't pay for those items. She tried explaining that the scanner wasn't working but he continued to accuse her of trying to steal the items. He made her go to a regular register to be rung out. She is an ex cop, and still works in law enforcement for the state so for her to be accused of stealing, was extremely upsetting. Will not ever be going back to this home depot.

Needed single item in aisle which employee had blocked off. Asked if could grab it. “NO!”. Asked how long they would be. “WHEN I’M FINISHED!. When you need an item for a job site, time is money. Will not go to this Home Depot in future.

From garden products to various home improvement related products it more than suits us.

I was promptly greeted as I entered the store and greeted by every Home Depot associate I passed. As soon as I walked into the garden center I was asked how they could assist me. The product I was interested in was thoroughly explained to me and the heavy bag was loaded into my cart by the associate. The service I received was stellar during my visit.

The employees are always pleasant and helpful. I desperately needed assistance with regard to smoke detectors. The Assistant Manager, Chuck, was unbelievable! Thank you, Chuck for your kindness, patience and knowledge. Thanks to Laura, the cashier, for being so sweet and that lovely smile.
