Love this store had multiple people ask if I needed help and wasn't even able to use the self checkout because a cashier was so nice and helpful that they made sure I was checked out orom

Delivery of appliances are not what was indicated by Home Depot. Watch out! Delivery was to bring to house, not install within. Also removal of any appliances out of house, may not be. Home Depot uses contractors which may not do what Home Depot states.

Bought a significantly sized item, Staff assisted me in carrying it thru the store & out to my car...

Whoever the Dimwit was in Corporate that is changing the Military Discount where you need to have an APP instead of the using a Military Photo ID is nothing but stupid.

I came in for 2x4 16ft and the bunk was down to the bottom and they were terrible. Kylie saw my frustration and went above and beyond to call the lumber associate to get a new bunk of boards down. She was very helpful and the reason I would shop at medina again!!!!!!!

Marie was so nice - how lucky Home Depot/Medina is to have such a wonderful employee.

Wasn’t sure what I needed but the associate did from what I described and was spot on. Made my do it myself job much easier with their suggestions.

Intended on purchasing carpet squares for a small project but found prices horribly high. Opted for a cut off a 12' roll. Since I did not intend on purchasing a long item, I was driving my car. Store personnel REFUSED to cut it in half, and REFUSED to allow me to cut it my self to fit in the car, citing this was against store policy. I left the cut piece on the floor and walked out.

Sales cashier Margie was pleasant and helpful.

I try and try again to believe Home Depot is not as bad as I think it is, but every time I regret going. Half of the lights in my pre lit tree went out so I figured I'll just buy some strands to fill in the gaps. It's Dec 10 and I'm hosting Christmas, I was in a pinch. My husband also wanted me to get a gift card. I was able to find what I needed simple enough but checking out is where it went downhill. I truly hope the CSA Isaiah is a seasonal hire but if not he surely doesn't belong at the customer service desk. Not only did he say "uh" and "um" as if it were necessary to breathe, he fails to answer a direct question. I asked if I could check out at the Customer service desk and buy a gift card. I only asked because the lights were next to this desk and due to the layout of the store, the other registers where on the opposite side. I had a baby with me and I wanted to be in and out of the store. Isaiah's attitude displayed a sense of annoyance that I would bother to ask but after a lot more of the "uh/um's" said he guess he could help me. Once items were rang up I asked again for the gift card but was told I couldn't buy one there. It's a completely bizarre practice to not be able to buy a gift card at customer service, especially after specifically asking and being told I could. Now I am bothered I have to take my items to another register when I could've just skipped this step. He said my items were already rung up, I said fine, I'll just pay for this here and get the card on the other side of the store. He then says again that I can't buy a gift card there. Frustration mounting, I'll admit I was losing my temper. I had my credit card in hand and was ready to pay but he didn't want to seem to total me out, instead focusing again on the inability for me to purchase a gift card at the customer service desk. Another associate steps over, says she's the supervisor, and asks how she can help. At this point I just wanted to complete my purchase. His adolescent attitude and Napoleon Dynamite-esk response of "I already rung it all up" set me further off the edge. Finally purchase made, he just says "email" I firmly say no, a receipt prints and he thrusts the it at me, although he really just wanted to throw it on the ground. As I grab for the receipt and he moves slightly and I'm angry so I had to grab harder than intentioned, accidentally touching his hand. In the time of sickness we are in, believe me, the last thing I want to do it touch anyone. The lack of cashiers is frustrating as it seemed there were 12 people trying to check out at once. The gift cards are no where near the registers and quite frankly, I gave up on purchasing one at this point. Due to the horrible customer service, poor checkout layout, and understaffed registers, I decided not to purchase a $200 gift card and will most likely return the purchase I did make just so I don't have to go back to Home Depot again. I'm not typically a leave a review kind of person but there does need to be some record and consequence for disrespect, selfishness, and laziness displayed by all the employees.

The people at the store were all so very friendly and when I encountered an issue that they could not resolve they called the manager who was extremely helpful and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I found it to be remarkable customer service.

I purchased a out door light fixture Eddie B. helped me. I thought I was in a old school hardware store the time attention and knowledge he has was extremely helpful.

I know there is a shortage on things and I get that especially being in real estate. Nonetheless if gives no employee reason to disrespect, be rude, look down on others, treat others wrong because of the color of their skin or slam their stuff and almost break them. I spent almost $400 on this trip to be treated like trash. I’m extremely disappointed in Home Depot for having people like this on their staff. Register 1 one at 12:00pm on 10/12/21 I didn’t catch the woman’s name because I was so upset. My brother was visiting from the military and has never seen a more disrespectful employee at home depot. Extremely disappointed with Home Depot and the staffing of this individual.

I just moved to Medina from Cleveland and the friendliness of the staff here compared to there is night and day. In Medina they ask how your day is going and they take time to answer questions. Very satisfied with my experience.

Very Helpful Staff Great Inventory Selection Well Stocked

Aisle crammed with products making it hard to get around. The shelves in tools and cleaning supplies were short on many items. There was tons of dust on the items they did have. I only go here if really need to and it is the closest place to my home for these kinds of products. Usually employees aren't very helpful. I usually drive 25 min out of my way to go to their main competitor because the employees always seem like they want to help and the store is cleaner
