One of the best stores I have visited for inventory and helpfulness of employees. It is a little out of my way but they had everything I needed.

The employees somewhat always ask if I need assistance. they have looked up where I can specifically find a product, if available, or take me right to it. I Like that!

Other stores I have been to I completely stopped. Everything I need in home repairs I will find here or will be ordered for me ASAP. Great Locations fore me Brunswick Oh. or Medina Oh. Your staff are always polite in assistance. Again Thank you for a job well done.

Our associate in the appliance department was very helpful and friendly. We were there on a saturday evening. june 24 at 7;30 p.m. Felt that she was very attentive to our needs, never felt rushed. Very pleasant person. I cant recall her name, but she is moving to ft. lauderdale, fl. soon. lucky ft. lauderdale.!!

In the last 4 and 1/2 years, since I moved to Medina I have dealt with Home Depot for my upright freezer, a refrigerator with a bottom drawer freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, stove , a refrigerator with a top freezer and carpeting for the whole house. Great service, friendly and outgoing employees. Just love my Home Depot

Shop at the Medina Ohio store and have always had a good experience there. Bought all my appliances there and my carpeting. The employees that I have dealt with were very accommodating and took the time with me to explain every thing. Very nice experience dealing with everyone at this location

The paint department & especially Sylvia are extremely knowledgeable & efficient. She is a great asset to Home Depot.

The customer service associates were so terrific to deal with, I felt as though i knew them by the time they finished my transaction, could not have asked for better assistance as they went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. Jim, the service agent in the paint department was so knowledgeable and helpful, that I ended up with a supreme paint job that I could not have accomplished without his assistance. I cannot thank him enough!!

The store seem to have a lot of parking spaces taking up for rental equipment.

We purchased several items over the weekend, and as is the usual case, the employees at the Medina store were very helpful and accommodating. We always get our questions answered and many times employees have gone over and above. We shop Home Depot for the vast majority of our project needs because of the service we receive and the Military Discount that is available. We have some more to get accomplished and will be using this Home Depot quite often!

Store had plenty of items for home improvement. or for repairs and maintenance. They had what I needed. Once in awhile clerks knew less about an item or procedure than I did, but that was to be expected, especially in a field that I was the expert in. Overall, I will go back to this store and would highly recommend it to friends and family. thank You.

One sales associate at checkout, always very dry and boarder line rude. Other than that, good store, always shop there.

This store has always been clean and has very friendly and helpful staff members. In general the store is very well stocked. I would recommend this store to all that has a need for this type of retail store.

Home Depot's customer service is beyond reproach. It is rare in society today to find such helpfulness.

Very friendly store

Help was available to inform us on the product we were looking to purchase and provided information on the contractor referral for someone in our area to install. The whole process went very smoothly and was quick! Very satisfied with the entire process and especially the company that was referred for the install. THANK YOU!!

Dawn and Duane in the lawn and garden department were awesome in helping me choose a new lawn mower. Duane had extensive knowledge of the battery operated lawn mower made by EGo. The battery powered lawn mower was as good as Duane said it was and I am very happy to have taken the chance on a new technology. Dawn was the most polite and courteous person I have ever met in a retail store and even though she told me she was relatively new, she shows great promise and is far and above most salespersons. Duane was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and I was able to put my trust in his advice. I will look for Dawn and Duane every time I shop at Home Depot again in the future.

The employees are really very curtious, and very friendly, you can tell they really like their jobs. Very professional. And that is something you generally don't experience when you are shopping. Most stores don't have a professional staff.

I love this store. From purchasing appliances, to light fixtures, to plants, and trees, they always have the best choices and the friendliest associates. Highly recommend this store.

Anytime I need to visit this store,it's always displayed and stocked well with items I need to purchase. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. I will continue to shop at this location.

The associates at this particular store are always helpful and friendly when we shop. The older gentleman who has been at the store entrance the last few times when we recently shopped makes everyone who passes through the doors feel welcomed! Always smiling, willing to help direct you and overall makes you feel welcomed! I have been at other stores where this has not been the case. The store is always clean and well stocked. I have had to order products online to be shipped to store and customer service has always been wonderful about us opening the box and checking the product before leaving the store. I have also used the order ahead and picked up later at customer service, which was a great service. She even made sure there was an associate to help me load all the heavy bags of fertilizer into my car. The Medina Home Depot never disapoints when it comes to customer service!

I purchase a good amount of framing boards from the 2 Home Depot stores in my area and it is very difficult to find boards that are straight. Most are curved in some way, and this just adds un-necessary extra time to my shopping. Many times I have arrived home and realized I have purchased boards that are un-useable. And it is such a hassle to make the return trip to the store that I find some other use for these crooked items.
