Wonderful multiple pleasant people on the floor and at customer service.

Would love, love, love to see more contemporary styles. What you have is lovely for traditional and older styles.

Was very pleased with the overall layout and location of all the goods.The store was very clean and the products were easily found. I received assistance easily on the spot with friendly and helpful associates.

We love shopping at this Home Depot. Dom is the best manager we have had. Jenny F, John and Kim, in customer service and Nancy in deliveries are always knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and caring. Nancy is still helpful about gardening even though she is now in deliveries. Chris is helpful in paint. Bob is helpful in hardware. All of these associates give us a warm welcome and always make sure we get the proper help. I am grateful and appreciate all their help.

This store always has sales people that are anxious to help and assist in anyway they can. They are always well stocked.

Jenny F, at customer service, always provides terrific customer service. Jenny is conscientious, knowledgeable, caring, efficient, friendly, welcoming and always provides great customer service with a smile. Jenny is a great example of what good customer service is all about. When we need assistance from an associate Jenny makes sure we get to the correct aisle and receive the help we need. We are grateful and appreciative for always receiving great customer service from Jenny.

I worked with an associate named Mr Mike D. He is knowledgable and approachable. He helped me to buy the right choice and made my shopping experience extremely convenient. Having a few personalities like "Mike D" would bring the customers back.

This store is always a pleasure to visit. Friendly, helpful people, always stocked and well staffed.

Savannah is a great employee at this store. She went above and beyond to help me.

We are so fortunate to have outstanding associates at our Home Depot. George in hardware was a great help with choosing the proper doorknob and adjusting our key so that we only need one key to enter our home. George also helped us with a car charger for our I Phone and was knowledgeable even though this is not his department. Olivia and Jenny F are always a great help at check out and directing us to the correct aisle. Nancy, who used to be in outdoor gardening and is now in shipping, continues to be a great help and is always so sweet and welcoming. John, in customer service, always makes sure Fred always has a place to sit down since he cannot stand long. All these associates are welcoming, knowledgeable, caring, friendly, helpful, efficient and so nice to all their customers. We appreciate the great customer service and are grateful to Dom for being a great manager. Thank you from 2 appreciative regular shoppers. It is so nice to be recognized when we walk into Home Depot.

Mike the Hardware manager actually took time to help me find the right size screws to fit my car's license plate. I had made three trips to my car and back in to the store to exchange the screws I had purchased but were the wrong size. Mike was so friendly and helpful. He grabbed several different size screws and a tool and actually walked out to my car, not once but twice. He even attached the license plate to my car. He really went above and beyond and I appreciate it.

The people that we dealt with were very customer focused and helpful. But the overall process is flawed.

Friendly/helpful staff! Second time to shop in appliances within the past 3 weeks. Both Jennifer and Moses in appliances were VERY knowledgeable and helpful!

Great Home Depot, employees very helpful, merchandise easy to find. Very nice clean restrooms, self-check out easy to navigate.

This store is huge! Well stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful.

I have frequent this store for about 1 year after I moved to the area. Tonight was the first time I truly had an awful experience. What I believe is a mistake on Home Depot’s behalf no solution to be had. I purchased oak stain grade trim (yes I know it’s 1$ a ft) but in the bin red oak and white oak are mixed. I purchased a fair amount for a project and had stain customer matched to the trim. Unbeknownst to me I was working with 2 colors of wood. I now have about 60’ that are unusable because they don’t match and Home Depot won’t return because I stained it. Please believe I would rather use the trim as opposed to having to purchase and restrain 60’ feet of trim.

This store is well organized and with The Home Depot App, everything is easy to find. The associates are always friendly and willing to help,

If you need help with plumbing, ask for Dave. If you need help with electrical, ask for Dave. Two different people, same quality.

In my business I’ve found this HD to be highly competitive to my electrical supply houses.

Not contractor friendly at loading area. Too many lazy shoppers allowed to park in a small covered loading area.

I would recommend this Home Depot. Very friendly employees and helpful. They load your car even without asking and you receive quick service. They help you find products and give good advice.

Kathleen and Chance are the best customer service representatives at the North Fulton Home Depot store . Every time I see them they are just having tye best day. It translates to the customer

The store is amazing, the associates are kind and welcoming, the staff in electrical are beyond helpful so are the people in paint..but nothing compares to the associates at the service desk, Kimberly, Monique, Olivia and Brian are beyond helpful, they have amazing customer service. The only problem with the service desk is that woman Jennifer,.the blonde, she always ignores her customers, she always pretends to be busy or just simply ignores us, I have been.at this store many times, and whenever she is working she has this attitude that she doesn't want to help people, she should not be in customer service if we are that much of a problem for her.
