If you're wondering where to bring your lawn mower in for repairs, this Home Depot is a great choice. They are very upfront about how long it will take and will call you before they do the work. Heath was the guy who worked on my lawn mower and he did a great job. He also explained why my mower stopped working and how it prevent it from happening again. Thanks Heath!

I have heard several radio shows and comedians refer to the lack of employees available to assist customers when assistance is needed. I have not found this at this store. When the store has been busy on sale days, assistance may take longer, but more often I have experienced an employee assisting more than one customer when they are in the same area or product section. The employees are usually quite knowledgeable of the products and their location. I am very pleased with the shopping experiences I have had at this store.

Outstanding service in the appliance department - ask for Dawn - she is an absolute gem!

Felipe the lot associate was friendly, and humorous. He helped me load my merchandise into my vehicle without being asked. This kid Felipe I wish him the best in his success.

Hi, I was at home depot at Merchant Walk location in Marietta, GA. Bought $45 worth of garden items. It took me 30 mins to get out from your store as no one was available to load the mulch bags into my car. I went inside 3 times to find someone and no one came. I ended up loading the bags on my own. I have back issues which I mentioned to the staff but they said they only had one person to load the items. They have such a big store and during this season there should be more than one person to assist.

Key thing I like about this location is the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. No need to be over and above, just do the job and this team does exactly that. Always seems organized, well stocked, well lit and easy to navigate. I have purchased 3 major appliances from this location also and again, helpful and knowledgeable staff AND, a willingness to run manager's specials on different items that people want. Thumbs up to the management. Keep it up.

Terrible customer service. Cashier and floor personnel NOT properly trained on the proper procedures for Bill and Hold transactions in the Contractor section of the store. Per those employees, did what they said needed to be done to only have my contractor denied access to paid materials the next day. The area manager Vargas, I guess, agreed the employees were not trained properly. Be sure management is involved in these types of transactions because training of employees has a lot to be desired before leaving the store.

Elizabeth, in the outside garden, was a breath of fresh air. Keep on smiling and being the vibrational being that you are.

We always have excellent experiences at this Home Depot. Dom, our terrific manager, has made many improvements and we are grateful to him as well as the associates. Associates and customers are thrilled that Dom as our manager. The following associates were all caring, efficient and knowledgeable. They are all exceptional and give great customer service. Chris F from hardware took the time to explain flashlights with rechargeable batteries versus regular flashlights. We called Frank in electric who explained the Echo Dot and looked for 2 Echo Dots for us. Heidi at checkout was able to get our phone number to call us back to say our store had them. This saved us a trip to another store and we are grateful. John Holt at checkout is always amazing. He always lets us know where to find things and which associate can help. He is always caring and when my spouse needs to sit down due to a health problem, John makes sure he can locate a chair. John has always been efficient and knowledgeable as well as caring. We know John for many years. Thank you for a great Home Depot. We are grateful to all the associates who have been helpful.

This store hires some of the most wonderful people who take pride in their life , their job and their customers. With the exception of one cashier, I recommend anyone to shop at THD, rent from the tool /truck/center and purchase in the other departments .

Always find what I am looking for in this particular location. People are knowledgeable and friendly.

Dave in the plumbing department is awesome! He patiently explained to a 52 year-old woman without any plumbing experience how to fix a broken flange and change out a toilet. His knowledge, attention to details and helpful hints made this an easy job and gave me confidence to try more fix-it jobs around my home!

Customer service was 100% in tact and well welcoming.

I’ve been in other stores and been asked multiple times “can I help you?” I walked by at least 7 employees and I got stared at, my cart was stolen by one ( I was 3 ft from it look at a shelf), I had to waive down someone for help at self check because they were chatting away and I got a weird look as if I was bothering the employee when I asked about military discount. I paid $128.88 and only received $1.10 off...was told sale prices are not discounted more. Never heard that before.

This is one of the better stores in the area. They have a great selection in the building products area.

Today I observed Shirley the cashier gently assisting a very senior customer with his payment process. The older we get the more befuddling tasks .........that we preformed routinely in the past.............. now become. When the gentleman, with his veteran's cap on, finished his transaction with Shirley, the smile on his face spoke volumes regarding the help and respect he received from Shirley. Hope Depot services customer!! Thanks!!!

I shop often at this Home Depot because I receive great customer service. Kim, Monique, Jenny, Tameka, Jo-el and John Holt always welcome us and have a smile as well as being efficient, knowledgeable and caring. We always appreciate their help and they always are kind enough to ask about Fred. They always point me in the right direction for all my project needs. Nancy, in outdoor gardening has helped us with plants for our new landscaping. We appreciate all her suggestions and knowledge. The night staff are great representatives of Home Depot and include Canyon, David and Jonathia, Nuggai. They too are caring and helpful, even though they are not at work. It is a pleasure to see them at our gym.

Staff a couple check out stations , especially during busy hours. Manager or assistant should be out on floor as much as possible to at least observe the flow through checkout.

Received great customer service from Kim and John today. I returned a Ludell log splitter with a steel head that had cracked during use and they replaced it for me with a better tool and no extra cost to me.

Store is generally well stocked, staff is friendly and helpful and store is neat and clean. Returns are generally not a problem, however, I recently returned A purchase that my wife made several days ago and I did not have the receipt. I gave them my credit card, which is the same as my wife’s card used to purchase the item but they could not cross reference it because the numbers are slightly different. The return policy would only allow me a $2.50 refund on a purchase of $9.98 made just two days before. The reason customer returns gave was that it was on sale at some point for $2.50. Needless to say my wife made the return the next day with the receipt for the full purchase price. I understand the problem HD has with this situation but I hope they can figure out a way to cross reference the same credit card held by the same family. In the interim, save your receipts. T
