I went in to find a specialized hedge trimmer and found there really was no such thing. The associate who helped me walked me through the hedge trimmers and we discussed what I need to accomplish on my property. The associate helped me decide what would work best for my needs and showed me options. The associate did not pressure or force a sale on me. The visit was pleasant and helpful. I ended up purchasing a hedge trimmer.

Store refunds and in store credits should be done and not to send a customer away and tell them to come back 2. To 7 days later

Store associate was very helpful. I only waited 10 minutes to get my paint mixed. Had a great deal on paint brushes.

Home Depot had on hand what Lowe's didn't, nice surprise.

The rest of the associates were very helpful and available, at Lowe's you have hunt someone down and some time it's as if they know you need help and find a place to hide. The associate in paint mixed our color and had our product ready while we shopped for the other items on our list. She also told us about a manufacturers rebate on the paint saving us quite a bit of money.

Whenever go in, the guys at the pro desk are always so helpful. They get back to us quickly when we need to order supplies. Overall, it's always great to go to this Home Depot!

I was checking out (and visiting). I forgot to take my receipt which I needed for the rebate. The clerk saw the receipt at the kiosk and came running after me to give it to me.

I move around a lot being in the military so I've been to a lot of Home Depots. I don't like going to Lowes as much because I feel like its more of a place to go if you want novelty appliances or want to make your house pretty with flashy junk. Home Depot generally has better prices on all the things you go to a home improvement store for. Anyway, of the dozens of Home Depot stores I've been to, I really think this one is the best. I know everyone's biggest complaint with Home Depot in general is that store associates avoid you, but not this place. Sure, a few of them will walk past you a few times before they ask if you need help, but it's actually a rarity. My last visit all I went in for was a shovel and some grilling stuff and I must have had 4 different associates ask if I needed help. It's pretty nice. The few times when I did need help (I'd like to think I'm fairly handy), they had good insight into what I wanted to. The paint and flooring departments have been particularly helpful. The store is clean, well lit, and while I would like a few more signs down the main aisle letting me know where each department is, there's actually a store directory and map right as you enter the store. I haven't ever seen that before at another store. Also, when I was in line checking out, a cashier came up to me with a handheld device and I was able to complete my purchase without going to a register. Pretty neat. I just bought a house so I've been to this store easily a dozen times in the last 2 weeks and each time has been consistent with the quality I would hope every store would have. I did happen to visit a couple other stores in the region and the difference is apparent. This one is definitely the best. I would recommend it to anyone living in the county, even if you live right next to one of the others. Thanks, Stanley

I was in this store at 7:30 am and a flooring associate was not available. The cashiers at the front of the store were quick to contact an associate that was able to assist. With in a small handful of minutes I was out the door with the indoor/outdoor carpet I needed for our hunting camp.

You policy of selective discounts has driven me away

From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, you're greeted with smiles and a friendly word. Associates are there to help, you just need to ask.

I came to rent a tool today. I was in and out in about 10 mins. They loaded it for me and also let use the Ramps at home so we could unload with ease. Very friendly associate. When I took the tool back it was even faster than when I rented it. Great job Home Depot. I can always count on you.

I had several associates stop and ask if they could help me find anything. Associate at checkout was friendly.

I recently completed a fireplace redo. Home Depot graciously gave advice, cut wood to my specs, and provided all materials at better prices than I found elsewhere. The fireplace looks great! This week I found Behr (my favorite paint brand - and always from HD) DeckOver at an 81% discount. Thank you Home Depot for blessing this senior lady with great help and great products and prices!

Home depot is my favorite store at home and when visiting family in Meridian, ID. Always find what I need, affordable, with thoughtful associates. The Rubbermaid shed purchased weighed almost 400 lbs, and Jordan was extremely helpful before, during, and loading the huge box. I was on crutches, and truly appreciated her superior assistance.

Every time I come to this store I have a great experience. The associates are always presto! To offer their help.

They don't have a lot of stuff cluttering the aisles so you can push your cart without bumping into stuff.

The greeter at the entrance of the store was very friendly and helpful. Large selection of dishwashers, unfortunately having them double stacked made it harder to look at the top row, being that I am on the shorter side.

I have always found the personnel to be extremely courteous, professional and attentive to my needs. I have always found what I need with few exceptions. The store is always clean, easy to get around and isles never blocked.

It took me a few months to make a decision on my purchase of carpet. Alan and Tammy in flooring was very patient and helpful through the entire process.
