I used the Home Depot Pro Desk yesterday for the first time and it was great. The lady there was very helpful and went out of her way to help me get the items ordered that I needed for my greenhouse project. I am very pleased with my shopping experience and do recommend them.

I had three people help me with my unique request to build a mini-football field for arts and crafts. Mike “trouble” helped me figure out the pvc lengths, and cut and built the field goal post, and came up with a stand for it, brilliant! Mike M. and Amelia A. both helped me get the right amount and type of Astro-turf for the field. I’m sure to win the pumpkin decorating contest thanks to all of their help!

I was approached within two minutes of entering the store by Miss.T in lawn and garden. She was very helpful throughout my visit and outstanding customer service. She knew knowledge in everything I needed.

Ladonna in kitchen who does special orders was extra helpful! Did everything to make my order happen!!

None of the employees I talked to could locate the item I wanted even though the online site said 14 were in stock

I ordered Online just as I was leaving my house and my order was ready when I got there. Jeff Barber was a huge help in also helping me pick out a few things that I forgot to order.

I understand if I have questions that are not in your wheelhouse but the employee could have called someone else to help. 3 young men in the are with the doors were of the opinion not our area not are problem. Pick up employee was.also not helpful . I found my own will call.

When I shop the most important thing to me is the service. I can get the same product other places and everyone price matches, so service has to be the distinguishing feature. The merriam store is the hands down best store in the metro area, and it’s not close. There are always associates pretty evenly spaced for when you’re lost and have questions, and if they don’t know they will find out. They are cheerful and warm. The only store that comes close to merriam is S. Overland Park.

Not sure if this is an off day the day I went but not friendly at all have to hunt down someone to assist or willing to assist. When found someone they were arrogant to quick to assume customer doesn't have knowledgeable to give opinion. Told item only online they ordered for me (this was a plus) but item never got to us it was canceled and refunded with no info of the "why!". I feel discouraged to ever make orders from this particular store.

I shop Home depot because it’s convenient. People are not helpful there. The cashier didn’t even say thank you and started talking to another employee when we left.

Whether you find your product here or not, the employees here are friendly, helpful and eager to serve. Also a joy…

I got Vivaro River Pebbles for around my shrub and sidewalk to my front door. Used this product for the base. Topped with Rainbow Beach River Rock. It turned out very nice.

We were looking for a small, very specific item for our blinds. Vanessa & Amber at the Merriam store went above & beyond to help us. They were awesome

The people at Home Depot are very helpful and knowledgeable of where things are.

Made a quick trip for ice melt. They had it right up front and an associate at the register checked me out quickly. Great service! We shop here fairly regularly for home improvement needs year round and also for plants and flowers in the summer season.

This store is always well-stocked and has what I need, but more importantly the people staffing the store are nice! They actually go out of their way to help you, and it means I will go out of my way to go to the Merriam store v. other HDs even if it's less convenient. Customer service rocks!

Arturo greet me when I came in a told me where I could find my products I needed.

On more than one instance I have had a sales person find what I needed even at another one of their stores. They have helped me find someone who could do the work I needed after I bought the product. I really like this store

Everything is better in Merriam, Ks.

I was carded for buying a carpet cutter. Not spray paint. A carpet cutter.

I shop here regularly as it's on my way to/from work. Its a nice big store with generally plenty of stock for what I'm looking for. Although note: grab a cart in the parking lot as they don't tend to bring them inside.

Even this store is over 20 minutes from my house I can count on pleasant helpful employees.

I can't praise the employees Maleek ( new teammate ) and Kinsey(senior teammate) who went above and beyond to help my wife and myself track down a vaguely described (by myself) product and help us track it down. I was willing to give up but these guys were tenacious. Many Thanks to these two !

I was in the store to pick up some plants for my spring projects. When checking out, the lines moved quickly and Gabe was a wonderful cashier. He asked me about my project and made me feel like a valued customer. What a nice young man!

I went to look for potting soil snd was pleasantly surprised at the stock & variety they had in the lawn & garden center. I bought several plants and the checkout girl was super kind and loaded my heavy items for me. I’ll definitely remember this trip and my pleasant experience!

I came in looking for an item that the HD app said was in stock, but I couldn't find it anywhere. An associate looked it up and verified that it was in stock, in the back warehouse. Then she borrowed a forklift and brought it to me. That was extremely helpful.

Always an easy shopping experience. Other than one item that wasn’t in stock, I found everything and the item out of stock was found online and will arrive tomorrow! The app makes finding things so easy!
