Employees need to be aware of customers many times ive walked thru the store with not one acknowledgement

This is one Depot that you don't have to hunt for an associate to help! Enough said:)

Terrible customer service

alien painting does a great job yet one of the gallons of paint that I bought she didn't check the inside and either it didn't get mixed up or did she forgot to put the color in it so it makes me have to make another trip to the store which I don't mind since I'm there everyday but it just slows the process down a little bit so perhaps we could work on making sure that every can is the right color instead of opening one can and dotting all the tops with with the color code thanks have a great day appreciate the opportunity to get feedback.

Associates were very knowledgeable and friendly! Jacoub assisted with the self service area and was very helpful!

I visited store for tool rental and encountered the most knowledgeable and helpful gentleman I have encountered in customer service in a very long time, Scott. He helped me select the correct tool (a deck sander), the appropriate consumables, patiently showed me how to use the device, and then even helped me to determine the right circumstances for continuing my project - weather, other materials, etc. I recognize that not every employee in Home Depot will have Scott's depth of knowledge about the home improvement industry (over 40 years), but the important thing is that he was so willing to share that information for the benefit of the customer. This store is very lucky that he is there!

Everyone was friendly and helpful

Went back to Appliance area again today to look at refrigerators. Channing (I believe) was very helpful. He looked up stats and reviewed extended warranties / answered my questions. Good job!

I do like shopping at Home Depot and this location is convenient. This visit was good but only just. Our salesperson didn't ask many questions and thus, made a couple errors that ended up sending us to the customer service counter where we were tied up for another hour and a half. The staff there was friendly and helpful. At no time was I frustrated with their service. But the main issue was that there should have been a $100.00 discount applied to the purchase. So, the order had to be cancelled and re-written. This not only put a temporary strain on our credit limit, but it also pushed back our delivery date 2 extra days. Or at least I think it did. When the order was originally put in, I was given a specific date. When the replacement order was put in, I wasn't and when I try to check the status of the order, it keeps telling me the order isn't found. I will likely have to follow up with the vendor which is frustrating. I even told them that in lieu of the discount, I'd be happy to accept store credit if that could be done easier. This was denied. I understand that some things aren't possible, but I was, and am definitely being inconvenienced by this. No one seemed very sure about the process going forward. And considering the amount of my purchase, I feel like I should be given a bit more confidence.

I just want to say Joe in the flooring area went above and beyond to help me with a special project for my rabbits habitats. I cant thank him enough and it turned out perfect

This trip sucked. Today I would not recommend this store...I'm extremely upset. Me and several others waited over an hour for someone to help in the paint department. Many cashiers saw us waiting and called over the intercom several time for help (Thank you) but no one came. I went to customer service twice (Thank you) and still no one came to help. I finally went to the back office for help. There were three people sitting in the office...one of them was the assistant manager. They told me they heard nothing concerning our wait in the paint dept. I was told by them that they were on a conference call. I didn't want an excuse, which is exactly what it sounded like,I wanted help. I told the assistant manager I wanted my paint free. He said he couldn't do that but he would give me and everyone else who waited a discount. He gave me 50% off of the three gallons of paint I purchased. Thank you Mr. assistant manager...your apologize was not simply hot air you were trying to blow up my you-know-what. You backed it up with a nice discount...you backed your apologize up with action and not the usual lip service we consumers receive from greed driven corporate America on a regular basis today. Everyone makes mistakes. The assistant manager at this store took care of all of us who waited. I'm not upset anymore...I'll be back.

I was looking for a dishwasher machine the, didn't want to spent to much money and the salesperson (Kah5240) was very nice and helpful.

The associates that worked in the rental department on 3/34/2020 were great. They were very helpful assisting me to make sure I got the correct produce that I needed. The store was very clean. Keep up the great job

Appliance specialist, Jim Linton, was very helpful in selecting the right refrigerator.

Blaine at the customer service center is unprofessional and his behavior is unacceptable. In asking for assistance he decided turn around and throw his store mobile device on the counter and stomp off to retrieve and item I asked for an exchange. He made scene and it was embarrassing. Shocked this is acceptable.

I purchased from the store on many occasions and the associates had been very helpful and cashiers or efficient and quick with their service

If you are looking for help with a creative project, find Paul Stout, he was incredibly helpful in brainstorming creative solutions to my out of the box project. I am building a 3 ft tall Mario warp pipe as a photography prop. Paul helped me find all the items I needed by walking me to each exact spot, vs just telling me the aisle number. Then went above and beyond and helped me load the car as well.
