Recently had a garage door installed. Customer service was great at sale, door works, but install was very bad. Not only did installers leave trash behind, but garage floor and driveway was full of nails, sharp clips, nuts, bolts, and other hardware. It was a mess. While nails would have punctured car tires - worse problem was if my wife, who is handicapped with leg braces has stepped on them, fallen and broke a hip on concrete floor. I have spoken with Marcus Truove at your Merrifield, Virginia store and asked for partial refund of the unacceptable installation mess. I am awaiting a return call and refund. You need to watch installers better, this could have been a tragedy if I had not spotted the mess when returning from work and cleaned up all the nails, bolts, screws, nuts - myself

It's where items are hanging on the peg-board. Light is very much needed and will be helpful there. The Store looks neat, comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly, helpful, fast and effective. It was easy to look for the products.

I ordered over the web to pick up. Th inventory was wrong and there were none available. Someone in the lighting department tried to pass off the wrong item for the one I ordered. Even though its out of stick, the inventory has not been updated. I won't be returning to this store

Key employees made the difference - Habir in plumbing was amazing and Mousg Toure was great and helped us load our large granite top. Great staff makes the difference. Having the ability to ship large products to the store was very helpful!

Even though this store is farther than the Seven Corner store I will purchase from this store again. The sales associate, Kalonji Shorter, that I encountered while shopping in this store made the shopping experience very pleasant. He was extremely courteous and provided excellent customer service.

Good store, and friendly knowledgeable employees, but the store is ALWAYS understaffed making wait time to get assistance from the overworked staff hard. In addition, if you need anything from the specialty departments, dont bother trying to just drop in. Make an appointment because the one person (or sometimes 2) manning that department will always have a line of folks waiting.

I took my broken kitchen faucet sprayer into the store to find a new aerator insert. Barry was fantastic helping me. He took apart the faucet head, looked for a cheap faucet aerator insert, fixed it, tightened it and gave it to me. That would have cost $100 for in-home service! Thanks

This store had everything I needed and had it in stock. Monnia was a particularly friendly and helpful associate. Definitely coming back.
