Jacob and Justin S rock!! I was helped from the time I entered up until Justin helped me to my car and put the item in the car for me. Went above and beyond to assist me in finding the exact item I needed that was not in stock on the floor.

David K in Lawn/Garden was incredible!!! Amazing customer service! He was so kind and spent time showing me different plant options and helped me pick out the right size pots for them. He even helped me load the heavy items in my car. The cashier who checked me out was also great! This is the second time I’ve had fantastic customer service at this location.

Rob, at the pro desk is extremely helpful and he ensures me have a speedy checkout.

I ordered tile online and Bri and Katie brought it to my car in less than 5 min. They were very friendly and helpful loading the heavy tile in my car.

Go to a different location, rude employees, store isn’t kept up with, and they won’t have what you need

Store needs to unlock stuff!

It’s not always easy to find an associate but they are always helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of items in stock. The store is well organized. My go to for home improvement supplies. BTW, I Love Behr paint

Poor customer service after we purchased an exterior door and installation. Was there 2 different times waiting 20 minutes and nobody showed up after being paged 4 times

I'm at Depot 2 times a day if not.more regularly. We'll was. I avoid depot now like the plague. So do other professionals. We talk quite a bit. Either take better care of the contractors ow we will continue to go elsewhere. Trailer parking needs to be for trailers not a Honda from Minnesota. And make the weekend warriors go to the self check out keep the pro and lumber side for contractors. Tmqe have jobs to do. Not buying a house plant and a bag of salt. Come on. I know it's hard to understand. I

After my delivery order was misdelivered, I went to this store to get the correct merchandise. The customer service staff handled my problem promptly and professionally. I will gladly continue shopping at this store.

I stop by this store about once every two weeks. They always have what I am looking for and the customer service representatives are always knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

I found everything I needed

I love this store and the employees. The parking lot is the worst of all home depots I regulate. Hard to get materials to truck due to holes, cracks and uneven surface. Usually have to stop multiple times to pick materials off ground. Get it fixed please

Let me tell you my recent experience. I needed some wood for a project. Went in and was greeted. Excited because this depot is usually busy, but not this Sunday. It was awesome. Asked the nice lady at the register if anyone was back in lumber to cut a few pieces of wood she said yes she would call someone. So I go grab the wood I needed (5 pieces) and head over. No one is there. So I wait. I am working on my patience lately so I wanted to push myself. I wait 2 solid minutes. Which, I THINK is an unusually long time for the situation. But I could be wrong. So, I get on the phone and search Home Depot and call the store. Finally get someone, it took about a minute to answer. Eric answered. I asked if he or anyone could send someone back to cut a few pieces of wood. About this time someone showed up, but there was another patron next to me and he helped them. I guess he should have since I was on the phone. Never mind the time I’m waiting, Eric was on his way back anyway. No problem. Another good situation to put myself in and practice self control! I am growing and getting things done. lol. Eric shows up and of course no smile. I thought he was just serious. So I don’t over think it. He asked me one question. No hi or what are we doing today. Just how many are we cutting and how long. I said to him 77 1/2” and 10 3/4” on the cut off pieces. He said he couldn’t cut under a ft. No problem man. I get it. It’s dangerous. All good. Have a good day! Get home. This guy cut them at 77 3/4. I had no room for error. So I can take these back, but they won’t cut a quarter inch. Or I can can buy new ones and try Eric again. But he was cranky. So I had to cut them. Not with a huge table saw that Home Depot has but with a skil saw. No work bench. And take a 1/4 inch off all of them. It sucked. Thanks Eric and Honedepot.

Helped a niche project.

I’m in this store multiple times a week. Some things are in stock, Some won’t be, some things they never carry in this particular store. If you ask an employee, they won’t know where to go or where to look or who to ask. The store have ladders all over the place and you can’t get around the store. one employee that always seems to have problems is an older lady at self check out. She will pull stuff out your hands and she will do it herself even though it’s self check out and always has a poor attitude with people and bossing people around. I’ve had to warn her several times you keep pulling stuff out of my hands like this we’re gonna have problems. It doesn’t matter if it’s in the morning, afternoon not a pleasant person, I have reported her to a store manager for behavior. Of course, nothing happened out of it

Need new belt for sander ask a guy where they were he took me over measured my old belt he said 18 inch would fit got home belt way to small had to drive back and return it waste of my time

A fan of "Orange" since 1997, the Mesa store impresses with the consistently high level of service by team members and managers. The culture at this location is exceptional. Considering the inevitable turn over in retail, it appears this Team has solved the challenges related, to executing on the brand promise.

Super friendly staff who are able to advise and help each customer with professionalism and pride.

I'm not sure how HD always does it, however you just can't beat the customer service and determination to satisfy that their company and the people who work there provide. I recently went into the store in search of an advertised item that was not clear in the store and not pricing out as the ad had specified. Customer Service rep Zachariah took the time to quickly research, verify and get me checked out. He was professional and I appreciated his timely work- as I had come during my work lunch hour.

When I arrived, I went straight to the kitchen cabinet area where I was greeted by a gal named Beverly. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. She helped me get the cabinet out of the store on a cart and then she even helped me fit it into my suv! Great employee!
