Every associate in the store was friendly, helpful and attentive. Our favorite, however, was Gloria the cashier who checked us out. My husband and I are both recently handicapped. Shopping is not easy. Gloria made it her mission to make it as easy as possible for us to handle our purchases. She came out from the register to scan the heavy bags of fertilizer so we wouldn't have to pick them up. She knew how to handle our checking out in an expedited manner so we did not have to labor, bend or exert ourselves. Her kindness, sunny nature and prompt handling of our checking out was greatly appreciated. Please make sure she knows how we feel about her.

After looking online for my Item, i chose the Depot for their good prices and great quality. Decided to purchase online and pick up in store (late at night) to make things easier for me the next day. As planed my stuff was ready with in a few hours the next day. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. will definitely keep making my purchases here.

Associate Steve was fantastic! After having a frustrating experience at another Home Depot we were pleasantly surprised and very relieved to get great assistance from Steve S. He was attentive, helpful and very responsive; everything you want in a customer service experience. Steve is an asset to this store and the company. During my visit to the store today[March 13 2016], tore associate Mr. Scott Sandberg came forward voluntarily for my help and inquired about my needs. I wanted to buy Moen shower-head with sliding bar and elbow in brushed nickel. Since it was not available in store, he helped me order those items[two sets] online. He also informed me that I can get priority shipping so that those items will be delivered at my home address by March 16, just in time for installation. The best outcome is that Mr. Scott Sandberg helped me save about $280.00 compared to the local plumbing supply stores where I had to buy these items had it not been available through on line order and a quick delivery. Mr. Scott Sandberg is a very valuable to Home Depot and helps customers like me to make Home Depot a very desirable place for our home needs. I will recommend Home Depot to anyone and everyone. Please keep up the good work!

I want to compliment the associates at the Home Depot Riverview store. I am middle-aged female who renovates houses. I am not their typical looking Pro-account customer, but they have never once been condescending or treated me as "less-than". All of the store employees have been extremely helpful and the people at the Pro desk have gone out of their way to assist me and have been very respectful.

Today's visit consisted of me getting a new circular saw, and I was interested in a specific model that i had come across. And did not find any models on the shelves of the saw i wanted. I was assisted by a guy named Harrison. He found the saw i wanted and was very helpful by taking one down from the storage shelves above. So now im on my way to work with a new saw in hand. Thank you Harrison and thank you Home Depot.

Home decorating is always fun and because of Home Depot its easy too :)

I didn't have a lot of time and I was able to get in quickly and found the store incredibly well stocked with a quality selection of products. The only item I didn't find I asked for and not one but two associates looked up the item and took me right to it. It was easy to get my errands done and I was impressed with how clean the store was.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS HOME DEPOT STORE. I NEVER HAVE RECEIVED THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE CASHIER CAROL. SHE WAS PASSIONATE ABOUT HER JOB AND CARED ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS. I WATCHED A FEW CUSTOMERS WHO KNEW HER AND GAVE HER HUGS. THEY LOVED HER. SHE GENUINELY CARED ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK TO ONLY THIS HOME DEPOT AND MAKE SURE THE CASHIER CAROL IS THE ONLY ONE WHO TAKES CARE OF ME!

The Floor Associates in this Home Depot are not only immediately available, They are extremely knowledgable and made this shopping experience an excellant one.

Slight clutter in aisles due to restocking, but overall very clean.

We purchased a floor model refrigerator. Jodi was our store associate and really knew her stuff. She was able to get our full discount, schedule an installer and include a warranty at a modest price. The installation team went the extra mile to make sure the water connection didn't leak.

Every single time that I visit this location in particular, I am always in awe of the attention to the customers; always offering to assist, solve, & implement to our needs. The employees were friendly and helpful but there weren't very many available. I do understand that several of them were up at the register trying to resolve an issue. The floors were not very clean but my over all shopping experience was great I found everything I was looking for. Everything was organized and in a reasonable fashion and easy to find.

I knew what I wanted and the store associates made sure I could obtain it. The staff seemed like problem solvers.

We have shopped at Home Depot in several states - CO, VT, NC, KS - and multiple here in AZ; the Mesa store has friendly staff, the aisles are clear and open, and they work to get people through checkout quickly and efficiently; we always enjoy shopping Home Depot, but this store is GREAT! THANK YOU!

We found all the products we needed and the cashier was very nice.

I shop at this location WAY more than I probably need, but its just so convenient and they have literally everything I need for all of my wacky projects. The sales staff is always extremely helpful and usually willing to go the extra mile to help you get what you need and leave the store happy. I've never once left that store thinking I got a raw deal or felt like they weren't willing to accommodate me. A+
