I called this store and asked to speak to the manager about an issue I was having regarding LG appliances I had purchased. The Manager, Blake immediately researched my original purchase and was able to help me when LG customer service wouldn't. He really understands the meaning of 'providing great customer service'.

People on floor, very helpful and friendly. The cashier, not so much.

This store in Mesa, AZ has several outstanding employees who have an attitude of caring and sharing their knowledge for the benefit of the customer. I have shopped at this store several times since moving to the area a few months ago and it has always been positive, no matter what help I've needed. Overall the employees provide excellent customer service! I have always been able to find (often with employee help) the products I've needed and the store is bright and clean and seems like it would be a great place to work.

Store was laid out very well, signage was clear, aisles were clean and neat! Door greeter was very eager to help and Elena and Marsha in the Garden Center were very friendly and helpful!

I went in the garden dept, needed help in finding, bug, killer, and cece, and jae, knew exactly what I needed and explained in detail how I should use, this product, so very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the product, I needed for the job.. also Rich Dodge helped me in the store with finding items I needed for my house, project, his knowledge, in building and what wood and nails I should use was extremely helpful, what a really nice gentlemen, thank you home depot, I am always takin, care of every, visit, kathy, and denise..

If you're looking for a grill, make sure you look for J.T. to help you! This past weekend was my husbands birthday and I decided that I wanted to get him a grill. I had no idea where to start and J.T. came around and started helping me find the best option for my family. He patiently answered the endless questions I asked him about each grill and made sure I was satisfied with my choice. Once I finally decided, he made sure I had the right propane and grill tools to prolong the life of my grill and to optimize my experience with it. When we got everything I needed, he set me up with a cashier and made sure someone was there to help me load the grill into my car. I was so grateful, and my husband loved it! Thanks J.T.!

I am always pleased with the consistent level of service provided in all Home Depot stores. I shop almost daily across the Phoenix Mesa area for materials. However the service in Mesa today was above exceptional. Thanks for your great training you have provided your clerks . Every person I encountered today in building materials and the contractors desk were exceptionally attentive and had a smile while they helped me get in and out in a very short time.

This location is always clean and presentable. I can usually find what I'm looking for. I've never had to wait in line here and typically use the self checkout. It doesn't seem like there's too many employees walking the floor, but everyone I've ever come in contact with or asked for help has been really friendly and knowledgable. I typically shop online at homedepot.com first and check price and availability. The store availability shown online isn't the most accurate as far as what is actually in store, but last time I had an issue I was able to get a similar product for the same price so they definitely care about their customers which is important to me. I was recently in thre store and found what I came for but remembered I needed to pick up something else. I couldn't find it, or an employee to ask. Instead I went online, searched the product, found the aisle and bin # and used the store map to get myself there. I've only had to return something once and never had an issue. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location.

Great store that is well-managed!

We are always greeted by staff who are helpful. The store is clean and well organized. We prefer this location over other stores because of these things.
