I highly recommend the Calle ocho store they are always stock on every product and the management is a wonderful team they always work together to make everything perfect for us the customer.

If I could give this place zero stars I would There’s never anybody to help not an employee and not management they have terrible customer service skills and you can never find what you need because the store is always messy if you need help from a manager make sure you’re ready to wait from 30 minutes to an hour and if you’re looking for employee you won’t find one this Aro years of my life at this point just go to any other hardware store that’s around avoid this store at any cost

I went to the Calle Ocho Home Depot to get moving boxes. Walking in there were already carts blocking the door. I went to the moving boxes aisle and there were boxes in the middle of the aisle. A couple of employees just dodge the boxes and walked on. I got my boxes went to the self check out line because that’s where open registers were. I asked the cashier, if that’s their title, how to do a Veterans discount. He told me to put my number. I told him, I’m not registered in their system, what do I do? He rolled his eyes and told me to do it online. I asked where online. He called the person he was talking to earlier and asked her how to register for the Veteran discount. She answered with an attitude to do it on the app. I asked do you still have the bar code to scan for military discount, while showing my military ID. She said no and walked away.

CURTISA, the customer service representative that took care of us made the difference in this visit to The Home Depot Calle 8. Unlike others representatives, that usually put obstacles to help customers, CURTISA was so professional, very helpful, showed us a clear knowledge of what she has to do, and with her beautiful smile was able to resolve our issue and gave us the solution we needed. The Home Depot must be very proud to have her as part of its staff. All companies would desire to have some like her.

This store is conveniently located, and generally has good stock. The service, however, is terrible. Store employees are untrained, ill prepared, and simply not looking to help. If you expect to need any assistance, I recommend shopping at one of the other Home Depot locations, or preferably at another chain.

There is zero customer service at this store. Rude inept people. It’s never their department. Even curbside is a challenge. Stay away.

I found everything needed

I just purchased some magical husky gloves and it was like magic… I just thought about the gloves while walking and they just popped up right there for me and in my size. I didn’t even take a gander at the signs, it’s almost like they just came to me and for this I am grateful.

Asked for help in plumbing twice in an hour, no one ever showed up. Website says they cut PVC for you if you purchase. Two employees told me differing opinions - one said yes they cut and another said no. Lots of employees walking around but not sure they are actually working. Except a handful. Sunday around 8am

There’s great customers service here is just there isn’t enough people. I feel like the workers here working for 2 people as in if it’s a 2 man job they put 1 person to do it

This home depot had everything I was looking for and the staff was very helpful and nice

I look always for ODALYS cashier since she is always happy from the heart to help me and satisfy my needs

More and more products and sizes which cater to contractors not to the do it yourself weekend warrior.

I waited over 15 minutes for a customer service person to help me purchase light bulbs after they were paged twice. I then waited another 10 minutes for the assistant manager to help me. She was also paged twice, and she admitted she came to the area for another reason. I got the correct bulbs and asked her to exchange them for me since she was at a cash register instead; she got someone to do the transaction, causing me to wait further. After 30 years, I will not shop at Home Depot again.

Everyone is just so helpful every time I come around!

This HD store in SW 8th street has the most attentive employees of all other stores visited in Miami. The employees are very courteous, helpful and went out their way to help me locate some needed items and made suggestions to others not available. Tonight I was assisted by customer service supervisor Tania, floor manager James and tools employee Rodrigo. I was in search of a deadbolt lock and door camera and was given a great recommendation reason for my purchase. Awesome team.

I was satisfied with my purchase but the parking lot and surrounding hedges were full of trash!

The Home Depo on US 1 does not have a rental department, which is what I needed. While at the 8th street Home Depo, I received personalized support from Peter and Tony. Peter went above and beyond to ensure that I had the right tool for my project and took the liberty of repairing my broken chainsaw with Tony's help. I appreciate the respect and patience that I was given!

Every sales person I met was knowledgeable and helpful. I left the store happy and looking forward to my next visit. Aad the inventory and selection was great.

I've been a Pro Customer for over 4 years now and I have multiple buildings in the Little Havana area. For years I had a great experience primarily because Luisa was NEVER my dedicated sales rep. This lady is RUDE, Condescending and NOT HELPFUL IN ANY WAY! I will be shopping at the Flagle and 87th Ave Home Depot better as it provides a much better shopping environment.

We were in need of replacing an appliance ASAP and it was hard for me and my wife to make a decision. Thanks to the courtesy and knowledge of Heidy Alvarez we could get what were looking for.

Excellent store, great customer service at pro desk, all the girls know what they're doing. Marcia, Elena, Luisa, Wanda, Yenny, Maria and the rest of the team are the best in the Business. If you need your materials to be deliver ask for Javier or Neil, they're always on time and reliable. Great store at Sw 8 street.

Maria was the employee who helped us at home depot . She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great job Maria !
