Able to find all but one item I was looking for in the paint and hardware departments. A store associate was readily available to check stock on my missing item and let me know an approximate date of arrival in store. I'll stop back in next week to pick it up!

First went to Lowes, and they didn't know what the brand was. Really? At Home Depot, they helped me before I finished my question!

LeAnn was very helpful with the design and materials. Other associates helpful for other purchases.

The store was very clean and the associates are very helpful willing to help load your vehichle.

I had to ask where screening material was, and associate took me right to it. I also had to ask a little later what width of spline I was likely to need, and the same associate knew the answer. Another associate took me to a different register to checkout because there was a line. I like this store, and this was one of my better experiences there.

I have always found the Middletown DE store to be a good shopping experience. There are rare times they don't carry items that you can get at other Home Depots, because of store size I am told, but will have the item shipped if needed. Nice people, nice store.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping at Home Depot. It is very hard to find sales people helpful these days. Lisa and Marcus were eager to help me, they were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their attitude was refreshing.

Joan was a wonderful help and answered all my questions.

Was going to use the touch screen kiosk but cashier was very engaging and wanted to cash me out. Thought that was great as she didn't need to.

I was there to buy 6 bags of Manure, found it quickly in a well organized lawn and garden center and was quickly checked out. Victoria, the cashier was very helpful, but I was more impressed that after the checkout was complete, with no other customers in the line, Victoria began sweeping up the area (outdoors) around the check out area. We always say at work that a clean area is a safe area, but it is also true that a clean area will improve customer satisfaction and I think Victoria is doing a great job keeping the customers' interests and Home Depot's interests at heart.

I like looking around when I visit the Home Depot. Products are easy to find, shelves are neat & the store is clean. Usually what I am looking is available. The store Associates are always cheerful & easy to locate.

Couldn't find what I was looking for but Victoria the cashier helped me out, helpful and nice like always.

As I entered the store, I was greeted and offered a free bottle of water. The store was bright, clean and inviting. All associates were smiling! Refreshing to shop where people like there job.

Great customer service. There is an employee always willing to help. The people that work at this store are always friendly and happy, and happy to help custimers.

Store is very convenient location to our summer retreat... helpful to get our little projects done.

Great store experience, associates are always very helpful and friendly each time we come to this store. If they do not have an item in stock, they are willing to help find a suitable and comparable item. Great customer service. Plumbing associate was great.

The store was nice and had a lot of selections. The sales associate, George was extremely helpful.

Overall good experience, as usual. However, i was specifically looking for a medium size bucket with lid. My Home Depot stocks 10qt and 2 gallon buckets, but only 2 gallon lids. Why not a 10 qt lid? On the shelf were 10 qt buckets and 2 gallon lids. When i presented Store associate #1 with this issue, he used his h.d. handheld device to tell me we done have a 2 gallon bucket and the 10 qt buckets have no lids, said he was sorry, and i said ok, I guess ill have to go to Lowes. He kind of shrugged and nervously chuckled and said ok, i said ok, and he walked away. After further browsing, and because i NEEDED the bucked with a lid, i returned and found the empty home of the 2 gallon bucket. I asked associate # 2 if he can scan the tag on the shelf and find out if there are and in stock that can be brought to the floor. He scanned them, we found them but then he said there is no one in the store that can operate the forklift to get them from the high shelf! NO ONE IN THE STORE????? And on a personal note, it was like 80degrees in there, everyone was drenched in sweat :-( ( then this website won't allow spaces in a nockname!! this is 2015 isn't it?)

The store was clean and bright. We were greeted at the door, found our items, and used the self checkout. A perfect shopping experience. We really enjoy shopping at the Middletown store.
