Take a picture of the sale price if you pick up an item from the sale bins at the store entrance. You'll need it to prove to the cashier you have been overcharged when the register rings up the full price instead of the sale price. This has happened twice in less than a week.

An employee named Will in the plumbing aisle went above and beyond to help us. Associates were so friendly. Great service!!

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS WELL STAFFED WITH VERY KNOWLEGABLE ASSOCIATES

Idiotic policy to have customers doing the work. Impossible to checkout with some issue. If i wanted to work at HomeDepot i would fill out an application. PUT HUMANS back at the registers!!!

MaryAnn was super-helpful in answering our questions regarding Xtra Pro perks particularly in understanding whether paying by our Home Depot card or personal credit card was going to count toward our rewards. She was very generous to allow us to ring our merchandise to check whether we have reached the minimum amount of $299 so we could take advantage of our 10% discount if we used our Home Depot credit card. She provided a "warm feeling" about taking care of customers -- a great HD role model!

Whom ever is running this show should be fired no cashiers and no bags

Julie who was working the PRODESK on Friday 3-11-22 was contacted regarding my carelessness, leaving two boxes of deck screws on the lumber cart after loading my vehicle. I noticed this some two hours later. She went above and beyond, going out to the lot and located the screws on the cart I had left in the cart return area. She provided this assistance without hesitation or request. Julie clearly exbibits values that are instilled in organizations who encourage and appreciate the value of customer service.

Each time I enter this Home Depot, someone is always greeting me. The aisles are clean and not full of plastics wrapping garbage or wood bits. Someone takes a lot of pride in this store and it shows. The employees always seem friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The Middletown Home Depot sales people are very friendly and helpful. You don’t get the impression that you are a bother or not worth their while. On the contrary…extremely helpful and go out of their way to find what you’re looking for.

I got to the Middletown location at 8:55 (which is 5 mins before close). I completely understand that staff are ready to wrap up and go home, but even that late in the shift, staff were courteous and helpful. Shout out to Cathy at checkout! I do agree. "You are the best!"

Employees are always knowledgable about where I can find the products I need throughout the store, sometimes down to the aisle, bay, and where on the shelf it is. Pretty wide selection too, I can almost always find what I need.

Within 5 minutes of entering the store I had 10 options in front of me for the product I was looking to purchase. Kevin at customer service went above and beyond tonight. I honestly use the competitor for all my home needs but will definitely return to this store for my future home needs.

ORDERED SUPPLIES & WHEN THEY CAME IN WE WERE NOTIFIED , WENT TO THE STORE BUT THE PICKUP BOX WOULD NOT OPEN AND NOT ONE EMPLOYEE IN THE STORE COULD OPEN IT SO I CANCELLED THE ORDER.

i would say the cashier olivia has no clue on the store policy on open bags of soil and should be re trained and carol the manger is the best ,, most people working here love to help you.. the guy in the parking lot with the carts is a ace.... 5/23/21 9.58 am .. in the garden center ,, very bad attitude..
