Middletown Home Depot had the products we needed at the price we appreciate. The staff was courteous, helpful, and smiling! One item we needed was not available at the store and the customer service staff helped us order on-line and set-up free delivery! This will be my "go to" store!

Beyond helpful team! I would travel the distance just based off the costumer service and amazing items they have to choose from! I love this store and the employees! I usually don’t write reviews but this one I had to do because how excellent my experience was!

Alexis, store manager, didn't help me with my concern about the defective product I purchased from his store. Alexis hardly spoke English and wasn't helpful to me as a customer at all. I received a defective product from his store, in which was in a huge box. Normally, I would understand these circumstances, but when purchasing something in a huge box and the inconvenience of having to load it and unload it and then having to do that all over again because their product was defective isn't fair to the customer. All he wanted to tell me was, "You get new one and you return broken one." Absolutely not what you want to hear when returning something as bulky and cumbersome as this product (a huge storage shelf that had to hang out the back of my trunk). A defective hammer, ok, I don't care.

Middletown Home Depot is the best Home Improvement store in Delaware. Everyone was very helpful. Several times we had associates ask if they could help us. Highly recommend Home Depot.

While it’s the employees that keep me coming back the 2 times I had to deal with the store manager is a different story. I tried to return a gas stove that was bought in Maryland for our new house in Delaware. The manager would not let me return it and said I had to return to the store I bought it from 2 hours away. That was my time and gas I had to pay for because of this. The other issue I had with the manager was the day we got up early to get to the store by opening to rent the truck to get our kitchen cabinets home. We were told the truck was promised to someone else who wasn’t even there yet. What happened to first come first serve. While I like shopping at this store if I have one more issue with this manager I will start shopping elsewhere.

I like this shop very much! Their service assistant people are excellent! Very helpful and patient! They pay attention to customer even my little questions. I am very happy and feel being taking care of. Their staff JOSH gave us great help while we looking for picture hangers. Very great young man! Full of positive energy and sunshine face. Super!

The store was very neat.... The workers that we encountered on that day, were very, helpful, informative, and polite!

Improve on COVID-19 precautions. At least replenish the sanitizer bottle at the exit entrance door.

The associates were super friendly. They helped me find the products I was looking for and even pointed me to other locations for products that were out of stock

Wonderful & exceptional employees! Plenty of room & very clean store. My experience was very good. I needed help with a heavy item. No way could I even try to lift. The woman and men I had help from all the way to my car were Great. Made me feel good I choose this Home depot Store.

need a couple more sales assistance on the floor during the week

Products were as described on the internet and using the phone app. you are able to spend minimal time finding items you need. Customer assistance could be improved. Management response to problems could be improved. Over all it is a great place to shop.

Victor helped us with getting a piece of ply wood and taking several measurements for multiple pieces cut from one large piece. He was detail orientated and knowledgeable. I recommend seeking him out if you need anything cut!

I drive 30 miles to go to this store. They are the greatest and have lots of patience with this 80 year old lady. I appreciate that so much. John is especially helpful.

Eric in the appliance area was extremely friendly and helpful, giving advice and walking us through oven and range hood options and how they work.

The store is convenient, the associates are friendly the prices are very good and they do have good deals.

The store has a good staff and there product's are top notch. There is alway's on the staff that will ask you do you need any help.
