I like shopping at the Middletown Home Depot, every time I might have a question I'm treated very very well ! The professionalism shown is an every time event ! Takes the stress from walking in, you actually look forward to getting an answer or pointed in the right direction, a lost art these day's!

I'm always impressed by the friendliness of the people working here. Whenever I need help finding something or need advice there's always someone who will stop what they're doing to make sure I'm taken care of.

Drew was an incredible support today in assisting as needed to get large items off the shelf and onto the cart. Then he assisted loading the items into the truck. He was very professional and courteous-Excellent experience today!

This location is excellent and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The store is generally very clean and well organized.

I am not schooled in hardware but I think I am smart enough to tackle small jobs if I get the materials right. The sales associate pointed me in the right direction, several options were available. In short, my small home improvement job was a success.

I recently bought a new property and needed A LOT of items for the home to include flooring, ceiling fans, door knobs and so much more. Having Brian helping out made the shopping so much more pleasant! If you are shopping at the Middletown Home Depot, definitely ask for Brian.

The home depot in Middletown RI is the dumpiest I have ever been in. Every employee that I asked a question seemed like they were being bothered and didn't have an answer to the question.

They made me put mulch on a cart and wheel it in to scan it for checkout. Rather difficult for us old timers who are already having trouble walking.

On a recent visit to the Middletown RI store 4287 I had one of the best shopping experiences where ,after having received knowledgeable assistance from Ian in lawn and garden I found myself in the paint section clueless about paint. Mr Murphy to the rescue(again) I was set on the right path to the completion of my honey -do-list. Happy wife Happy life. Lol Finally at checkout Mike Wallace who keeps things moving quite smoothly when he's at self-checkout, ended the experience with his kind and friendly but expeditious manner. Bravo Zulu for 4287 keep up the awesomeness!!! You guys have rockstar status with my family and friends .

I have had prior "not so wonderful" experiences at this location but last night, even while short staffed I had 2 associates go above and beyond to help me. The specific associates, Nick and Evan were very helpful and patient; which was amazing since I had no clue where to find what I needed. After my experience last night I will return to this location as long as the service stays as great as it was last night

We were very happy to find that Home Depot had the freezer we were looking for and the price we wanted to pay. Also we got a warranty for 5 years at $135.00 and free delivery. Could not find this any where else. Delivery was free and in time. Pam was extremely helpful and we appreciate her kindness and caring.

Catherine in the paint department rocks! She is incredibly professional, kind, and caring. I had to travel over an hour to get a certain type of paint, and Catherine was top notch in customer service.

This store has the worst customer service and the supervisor (Cassandra) certainly needs some training in dealing with the public. I would not recommend this store especially if you have to visit it in the evening. Don't expect anyone to go above and beyond. They miss the mark even in routine customer service.

I recommend this store simply for the amazing customer service we received from Caroline. She went above and beyond for us!

Pam Reed helped us from the start of our search for a washer and dryer and we could not be more grateful. She welcomed us, answered every question, gave us detailed information about the products we were looking at, reassured us at every step, and was all around the best Home Depot employee we have ever engaged with. We recently moved to the area and she made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. We want to give a huge thank you to her for her professionalism and kindness! We will definitely be back to this Home Depot!
