Middletown Home Depot is the best hardware store on the island.

All the folks around the store were real friendly and lots of folks made sure I had what I needed. The shelves were well stocked and considering it is a working hardware warehouse, it seemed really neat and clean.

The person in paint took the time to walk all the way from the desk to the back to inquire if I needed assistance. Although I did not need help, it was above and beyond for her to do that. I think her name was Linda.

Linda and Ken in the Paint Department were super helpful and knew loads about what I needed and took the time to help me nail down the color exactly. Robert at the cash register was super friendly and real efficient.

STORE CLERKS ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE ITEMS IN THE STORE. WHEN THEY DONT KNOWN SOMETHING THEY GET HELP FROM MANAGERS INSTEAD OF JUST PRETENDING THEY KNOW THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT OR ANSWERS., T MANAGEMENT IS HELPFUL, TAKES CORRECTIVE ACTION AND MAKES THE CUSTOMER FEELS LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER. GREAT JOB, ONE OF THE BEST H.D. IVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH.

If your looking for someone who knows all aspects of plumbing visit the Middletown RI store and ask for Greg, who I believe is the department head for plumbing. I had one of the heating zones in my house not working, I described the situation to Greg and he recommended I replace part of the value unit on the boiler because they can go bad and not respond when you turn the heat up. It was a Saturday, if I called a heating person it would have cost me at least 150 dollars just to come to the house and then I would suspect another 200+ to fix the problem. I bought the $81 dollar part, it twists off and you twist on the new one and connect the wiring, it took me 10 minutes and then all worked fine!!!!!

The service that I receive here is fantastic. The staff are all friendly, even at 7am, they stop what they are doing to help me find something or at least ask if I need help. The cashiers 's in the lumber department are amazing especially Brenda, she is my favorite employee at the home depot. Always is friendly and has a smile on her face when I walk in and out.

Needed a new kitchen faucet. Greg in the plumbing department very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient considering I took him away from his work several times to ask questions. I left there with exactly what I needed and nothing more or less. Linda was on the register that day and was also patient with my difficult gift cards and honored a sale price that didn't ring up no questions asked

The store was neat as a pin and the people were extra friendly. Everyone seemed to be busy with something but everybody stopped and made sure I knew where I could find what I was looking for and answer any questions that I had. Wow what a great place to shop, and fun.

I have always found the staff and the sales reps in most helpful, personable and knowledgeable. I enjoy each visit to this store and find the price/valve very acceptable.

This particular store sets an example for other Home Depots to follow. You can find what you need, someone actually helps when you need assistance, the store is clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. I shop this store exclusively.

Every employee has a "good" attitude.

The young man, Michael, took time to answer questions I had about installation of the product I was looking at.

All the employees have been very helpful. They don't just direct you to what you need but walk you there and make sure you have found the item you were looking for.

Cashier Audrey was most helpful on my returning of merchandise. No problems and very courteous and friendly. A pleasant interaction. Thanks!

Once again we went out of our way to do business with Pam Reed, who exceeds our expectations every time. If you need appliances, you have to see Pam. She knows her stuff, gives accurate information and gets it done on time.

Pam Reed is an excellent, knowledgeable, and a pleasurable associate to do business with that I highly recommend her for anyone making appliance purchases.

There was a good selection of products to answer my needs for a vanity.

John in the paint department was very helpful. I needed something to fill a crack in my ceiling and he walked me to the section with all the Spackle and let me to decide the best product for my job.
