associates very helpful and friendly the store was clean and neat the selection was good and the associate was quick to find additional choices on line until I found the right one

The staff at this store were very helpful, and I was able to find what I was looking for quickly.

Avoid this store. Employees are sullen, cold, and unhelpful. If they pass you they look the other way. If they see you in an aisle they will turn and quickly go the other way. If you really need help you will have to run after someone in an orange apron and corner them.

Over the last year I’ve noticed an improvement with Customer Service from this store. Customer Service was fair to good in the past for this location but over the last year they have taken it to excellent. Thank you for your time and help when coming to the Midland, MI location.

We shop there all the time. We have always had good luck with finding what we need and very friendly cashiers.

I have shopped at many Home Depot stores in Michigan and the employees of the Midland store seem to excell at their service. Associates always friendly and treat you respectfully and are eager to assist you if you so require

Friendly and Helpfull associates

On 6/29/ 2018, I went to Home Depot to purchase dog ear pickets for my stockade fence project. I needed help sorting through the 2000 pickets the store had on hand. As I only needed 470, a kind and willing soul, Todd...picked the short stick lol and stood outside in the 96 degree heat helping me for 2 hours go through the pickets until I had found the right ones I wanted! He was also kind enough to supply me with bottles of cold water...thank you Todd!!

I like shopping this store because it is very clean and stocked with most anything I need. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Store employees are very helpful. Every time I went in asking questions, someone was there to help whether I was spending 50 or five-thousand.

My husband and I are always going there constantly buying this and that and then more. Recently, we had Haley wait on us and was so very friendly and professional. You should definitely commend her on doing her job well!!

Sometimes big stores can be intimating but the experience at this store was so pleasant and helpful that my task was completed in record time with the assistance of the greeter, sales rep, cashier and parking lot attendant ( who waited for me to empty my basket and return the basket for me.)

Staff was very friendly! An employee, Jason, took the time to gather all of the supplies I needed for a small table project and even offered to push my cart once filled to check out. Very great experience.

The customer service is incredibly good. They really bend over backwards to help you. Store is managed well and is organized and clean.

Above and beyond customer service. I went in for something specific, and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It didn't break the bank either. Also when my bag broke in the parking lot one of the boys let patched it for me and helped me pick up.

Store was clean and personal were very helpful

I was there buying the last 10 sheets. of OSB I needed for the interior walls of my pole barn and wanted the same "finish" like I bought previously so it would all match but they only had 7 of the same "finish" on the lower stack but had a whole bundle up above of what I needed to match and the associate said "can't get that bundle down until this stack is gone first" so the last 3 I needed does not match so I will have to figure out where to use them so it will look half way decent in my barn
