The manager on duty today was Jennifer. She needs more training in customer service and empathy. Go to Beechmont instead! The female manager there is great. Bet you won’t find a dookie on the floor there either.

Everything I need was available.

Great employees, quite knowledgeable about products. There were enough staff st 9pm to help me find what I needed. HD should keep more DeWalt Pieer Tools in stock. I would have bought a DeWalt Finish nailer,but one was not available without a battery.

Very clean store. Got everything I needed. My 75 year old Dad was a little tired and Tamberly brought a chair out for him to sit on while I did the shopping. Mary the cashier was extremely friendly and mentioned how she appreciated his Military service. Outstanding store!

We had a very excellent experience at this Home Depot. We came in to get kitchen cabinets. We needed more storage in our kitchen for food. We saw that out of the cabinets we needed five were in stock of each. Roger was the first employee we ran into, and he was very helpful in helping us try to find a pantry unit that was not damaged. Then we also got some help from Jim and Chris. They were able to help Roger get the pantry units down and check for damage. Jim and Chris also helped us get it loaded and tied our trunk down. We couldn’t fit it all in our car at once so he put the other cabinet in a holding area until we could pick it up! Highly recommend and best experience I have had at a Home Depot!

Lisa, Billy and I believe Margie went above and beyond to assist me with five or six things I needed, and had questions on throughout the store. I appreciated their assistance and kind meaner. I didn’t feel like an idiot, asking my questions I left confident on my upcoming projects.

I don’t know anyone that has ever won. This is just for free quotes for advertising.

Or home Depot in Milford Ohio as some of the nicest employees working there. We've never had a bad experience and every time we've been there they have always been so willing to help us find what we were looking for. Really a great crew they have there. We love our home Depot and Milford Ohio!

i have bought thousands of dollars of things at this store over the years from tools to lawn equipment to kitchen appliances and more to many to list.

Dr. V handled my visit and request with knowledge that was both engaging and centered around customer satisfaction. He represents Home Depot well.

Chris stayed with us to the end of our decision making project for the kitchen even though it involved 3 different ideas about the project and styles...he explained extensively about what each idea would involved and the finances involved. He was delightful and exceedingly kind and helpful.

I needed help getting my product down from a high shelf. Trent happily dragged a big ladder through the garden store to get my item. Service with a smile!

I bought furnace filters that are so expensive and “Janel” informed me they had a sale on filters “buy one get one!” I have 3 furnaces in my home so this was a huge savings!

Clean store and great customer service

I just wanted to say how thrilled I was to run into several veterans working here.

I needed a better way to vent my dryer and an employee turned me on to a dryer box, which is so much better then trying to run the vent up the wall into the attic. I cleaned the pipe once and all the lent was collecting near the dryer and I was scared of a fire.

Sheri Dettmer in appliances was sooo friendly and helpful. Great service.

I shop this store 1 to 2 times a week. They are always friendly. If I need to find something all I have to do is ask.

The employees are very helpful. They took the time to explain the different in the in grass trimmer to my husband. Didn't rush him, treated him with very much respect. When you're in the 80's a lot of people don't want to bother with you. We were very happy with the store.

I had to get paint and the girl was so helpful. She answered my questions. Got the paint quickly.

Had to have a lot of ply cut for garage cabinets - a LOT of ply and cuts. Jesse was the guy who did it for me - took great interest and care to get the cuts accurate - really good energy and attitude. Then the cashier Janel made the gabillion ply cuts and other wood a checkout breeze. They both had really good energy and attitudes.. HD is lucky to have employees like these. My general experience with retail is that employees don't really want to be there - and anything beyond the absolute ordinary meets with bad energy. So I promised myself I'd take the time to compliment HD and their people - something I never do - but this time their effort deserved my reciprocal effort.

Always stocked with what I need, good store.
