Products on shelves need to be more organized. Shopping lanes are cluttered.

I went to purchase gift cards. I thought I was going to have to hassle with self check out. An associate helped me get the gift cards and assisted me with the purchase. Great friendly service.

Love my Ryobi Hammer drill(P214). Great price and very powerful. But my experience wasn't great at the store. Power tools in cages and took some time to find someone to help. A uniform shirt or the old orange apron to make employees visible would help. Only one register manned where the drill was left so check out was time consuming.

I bought some wall tile for my bathroom for the bath and shower wall and the tile is going to be very pretty when my plummer get the job done

An employee by the name of Sky in garden center was extremely helpful and informative. He was amazing and made our shopping experience a pleasant one

Stop changing your stores to find the way they were moving 600 base at one time at 586 was not the smart thing to do now you can’t find nothing even the associates tell me that.

The Home Depot provides flat number cards in each carts for your customers shopping experience or for contractors so please don’t steal them it’s frustrating when you can’t find them because they’re been stolen.

This manager was very helpful and showed what customer service is about.

If the US GOVT puts veteran on our ID We should not have to upload additional documents to receive a 10% discount..... it is at a minimum tiresome...1% serves this nation... seriously why make a 10% discount so difficult. After all, there are other stores!

I was looking for help in the paint section, there were 3 associates standing nearby talking, when I asked for help they seemed annoyed that I was asking for help. Eventually one of them told another to call for help in paint. I was offered help in the form of unlocking the spray paint shelves from another associate. As I was in the self checkout, the system flagged for an associate since I was buying spray paint. The system loudly exclaimed that I needed assistance. 2 of the associates from my first interaction were standing less than 10 feet away talking, yet neither of them acknowledged the system going off. I looked around for additional help and found the other associate from the first interaction standing nearby, I asked if they could assist me. They looked around as if looking for someone else to assist, then eventually stopped over to help. The minimal service I looked for was horrible. The only reason I stopped here is because the 2 lowe’s I stopped at first were out of what I was looking for.

Manager did not want to assist when no one was in a particular department. When he did finally come up he was asking the customer to show him which item they needed and wanted the customer to look for it. As a manager he should know where items are at.

Great products and pricing. Plumbing area is never well supplied and stocked though

Organization this store needs to be organize a little bit better and employees need to be attentive to customers it seems like every time we go there’s people hiding and especially when people have to put things in their truck for them! I’ve heard lots of people say they don’t like the store because the customer service is lousy.

With all the problems with the supply chain, someone goes out of their way to make your experience great. The paint department at this location is exceptional! Thank you Norma!

Ive gone into this location many times and have to pretty much force help from employees . When I do finally get someone to look me in the face and acknowledge I’m there I am usually answered with I don’t know or passed to two or more employees to find out the manager doesn’t know or even looks like they hate the fact that we are asking questions. We are paying and visiting a store because we DO need help and MAY need a professionals opinion or even help just find a product . Thank you for your time , hopefully these types of visits will start to change for the better and customers are treated with importance, respect and sometimes even just a smile !

So first things first my water heater was very bad it Definitely needed to be replaced but with me only having a part time job and not having so much money I thought it was impossible to replace it I got a couple of other quotes from different companies and we’re ridiculously out of my price range I sort of gave up and I’m not going to lie I cried… for some reason Home Depot came into mind and as I was searching I noticed you can apply for a quote this was my last and only time I went for it as soon as I applied about 10 minutes later I got a call the lady on the phone was super nice and she said they give free quotes I didn’t get my hopes up too high cause I was scared they were going to price it above my price range we set the time and date And Jonathan came by he looked at the water heater and of course like the other companies he kind of gave me the same look they did so I was already kind of in doubt it would be a disappointment again.. Jonathan told me everything that was wrong with it and said it was going to run me a couple thousand… well I Shrug my shoulders “ I figured “ so Jonathan asked me for my budget and I told him He said he could see what he can do and about 15 minutes later he gave me three different quotes and explained each one to me I immediately saw the prices and was in shock the one he said suited best for me was in my price range I was super happy but I didn’t wanna wait it out I waited a couple days and he gave me a call back and followed up I really thought it was to good of a opportunity to pass up so I took it!! they serviced the very next day and they came on time they did an amazing job and Chris and his partner went above and beyond to help me out They also helped me fix a small pipe that needed to be fixed free of charge if I could ever repay them I definitely would but I will now only be shopping at Home Depot if I ever need any repairs. Thank you home depot for the amazing service and thank you to the will fix it guys.

This is great location to shop. All of the representatives that worked from department to department were kind, curtious, and very professional in their demeanor in answering questions and providing assistance in finding an item. Every item that I needed was found at this store. The store was clean and free from clutter. This is the only location that I will choose to shop at when purchasing items needed for my home. Superior level of customer service. Kudos to the entire staff from the managers, to the great store employees, to the kind representative at the check out counter.
