I was recently in this store to purchase cabinets for the company where I work. I had been to a competitor's store, but received no help whatsoever there. I came into this store with low hope of getting any help, but was very pleasantly surprised. Sandy, in the custom cabinet department was wonderful to work with and very willing to help in every way possible. I left the store feeling great about my experience.

Needed a small microwave to replace a broken one - looked on line and Home Depot had just what I wanted and it was on sale. Went to the store and found just what I was looking for BUT the only white ones were two shelves up - impossible to reach. About that time along comes Sales Associate Pat. He gets a ladder and brings down my new microwave and then carries it all the way to the checkout for me (as I had not grabbed a cart on my way in) As the pleasant cashier Miranda cashed me out Pat proceeded to get me a cart for the Microwave - which was over and beyond anything he needed to do. Bravo Home Depot and Associate Pat!

The store was very clean and organized. the reps in the building material were very helpful in looking up what i wanted to review.

Walked in went to the hardware and found what I needed and then looked at stuff that that I really don't need but liked to look at....

My wife and i were shopping and I was in the outdoor section and she was at Space heaters. The associate Lindsey approached her and asked if she needed help and she said she was waiting for me. Then Lindsey came outside and asked me if I needed help and I said yes. I told her what I wanted and was not sure what the exact name was and she went on went on line and help me find the exact names of the item and it location. I feel she went above her way to help me and this makes Home Depot and great place to shop and make customers welcome.

We needed to replace a bathroom cabinet. Home Depot had the best price in town and their customer service was over the top! Wow! Kind friendly and helpful staff from everyone that assisted us! Even loaded our car, happily!!!

My husband generally shops at homedepot. He recommended me to check out with sunshine because she is the best. He was right! As soon as I came in, I knew that was her who greeted me with her warm and welcoming smile. I didn't know exactly where to go and she pointed me in the right direction and phoned a few people (lol). I wish everywhere I went they had a SUNSHINE there.

Home Depot has everything that I needed I really enjoyed my visit and I will go back for all my other needs the prices were good and the service was wonderful

My husband and I worked for a couple of hours on an order to be picked up in another state. The order, for appliances, water softeners, etc., was complicated and required many online searches. The associates (Lynn and Art) were exceptional. They were articulate, educated, on task and helpful. They were also crazy fun and that, when you're placing a lengthy order, made the process enjoyable. When you walk through the door of this store you're greeted by wonderfully joy-filled people, and the front desk crew will bend over backwards to make things happen for you. We choose Home Depot FIRST over all the other hardware stores in our area specifically because the staff is EDUCATED, HELPFUL, POLITE, and honestly "fun" to work with. Thank you Home Depot employees for making what would have been a nightmare order, enjoyable and easy! We really, really appreciate the help!

My husband and I bought a new dishwasher which was on sale, from Home Depot. We got it for a great price which made us happy as well. We got it home, got the old dishwasher removed and started to install the new unit. Much to our dismay some major parts were missing. We called the store and explained our problem. We ended up taking the dishwasher back to the store. Patrick, Jeff and Art were very helpful and sympathetic to our problem. We were able to purchase a new dishwasher with all the right parts at a great price, at a price that compensated us for all our trouble in dealing with a dishwasher with missing parts. Thanks Home Depot for being understanding and helping us get the problem solved.

I went in to get wood to add shelves to existing cabinetry. I thought I had found what I needed, when the store associate not only helped me get the wood from the rack, but also asked what I was doing and recommended alternative options. The time he took helping me not only created less wood wasted (and ecological plus), but also saved me about $18! Kudos to the store for having such helpful associates!

I was very happy to have the help I needed instead of having to search and search for an associate. I was able to get an explanation on a product that facilitated a quick purchase so my husband didn't have to wait to long for me.

Not only did Al direct me to the products I needed, he took the time to instruct me how to use the product most efficiently and even showed me how to open the packaging. He gave me some tips that have already made my project easier and more fun.

I almost always shop Menards for many items for my customers. I will look at HD in the future much more.

Home Depot will go above and beyond what it takes to solve an issue with a purchase. They understand that it is good customer service that will set them apart from the competitors, and they have won me as a customer.

Emplyee in parking lot picking up carts asked if I needed help putting my purchase in the car. He was very nice and helped me.

I ordered the wrong door online and didn't realize it until I picked up the order in the store. The lady working in the Millwork's department was a rock star! Not only swapping the door, but in helping the kids at the customer service counter with the paper work.

Always check their online prices before making a purchase. Every now and then you can find a better price on their website, which is great because they have no issue honoring it in store. Hard store to beat for both quality tools and price point

The employees always make eye contact, ask if they can help, and have even called me when out of stock items come in. Restrooms are always super clean. Very nice experience.
