I purchased a Dewalt power station at the Mishawaka, IN Home Depot on 7/19/23. The product's listed information on the website (including the number of these products in stock at the Mishawaka store) advertised a price much lower than the actual in-store price. The cashier was helpful in looking into this, but the department manager was rude and dismissive. This seems to me a very dishonest practice.

Been shopping at this store for number of years, have purchased several hundred dollars in tools, material and equipment for lawn/garden over the years.

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for like six years and nothing but the best to say about everybody and the product. Cheryl was amazing every time I was there, including today she went above and beyond to help me even if she had to walk across the whole store, just to find a little thing that I was looking for.

Store is great. Everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful during my remodeling project, especially the Kitchen and Counters Pros (Melony & Sarah). The paint section pros are great too.

I bought total of 11 perennials yesterday 6/28/23. To my surprise when posting the transaction paid for on my Debit card in my check register discovered I got charged for additional perennial plant for 8.98 plus tax. It's my word against Home Depots. That's what I get for trusting Home Depot to charge me Correctly. Very upset. Ms Charlotte Ford Charlotte Ford

We were looking for a light bulb that was older and you didn’t have in the store. The lady that helped was not sure of a different size so she asked that we wait for Lindsay. When she saw Lindsay come in she had her come find us and she was very helpful.

I am not too happy with how this visit went at Mishawaka. I was in flooring and a guy named Sergio asks if I need any help I said yes he took me to paint. Instead of helping me more he immediately starts yelling at two associates Joe and Jackie who were talking about finding a product at work. They weren't on their phone, it wasn't small talk, they weren't sitting. Sergio called them lazy and told them to get to work and they would both be in the managers log and possibly wrote up. Joe said he had everything done and was working on something well I interrupted and asked if Sergio could help me find the right stain. He said yes be right back takes Joe to another isle and yells at him more. He never did come back and help me. Jackie did and she looked like she was about to cry. I feel sorry for Joe and Jackie they should have been called to an office or backroom and talked to professionally. I've talked to Joe on a previous visit and he is a hard worker, quick and knowledgeable.

Very customer friendly and Justice was awesome and knowledgeable in the wood department .

I was asked everywhere I went if I needed help. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer any question I had. Simon in the appliances was a blast. We laughed and laughed.

The lady floor associate was so kind and helpful. People like her are hard to find these days. I was just very impressed by her. Don’t remember her name.

Purchased a new washing machine and the sales person was wonderful! Offered a lot of information to help us make our decision. The Mishawaka store is always clean, well organized and employees are always polite and helpful!

We bought a new battery operated self propelled lawn mower and we are so pleased with out purchase. This will be so much lighter for my husband and eliminates the hastle of purchasing gas and much more efficient.

Employees were friendly and helpful from the time I walked in and checked out. Everything was easy to find.

No issues at all. Easy in and easy out. Lots of sales people around if I needed them. Store was clean and transaction went as expected.

I have been to this location so many times, and only once did I ever have an issue. I love the options of so many items they carry and have been a repeat customers for years. The staff are usually always friendly, helpful, professional and courteous.

After opening a credit card with Home Depot, we ran in to issues with a significant online order. The online team redirected us to the store to mitigate their error. With legit documentation and information, the manager/Amanda saved the day and did the right thing even though it wasn't her store's fault. I appreciated the professionalism and encourage others to go brick and mortar on larger purchases as you will likely have a better experience and accurate information provided versus going through the online avenue.

We bought a new air compressor and I just want to thank the very nice (Hispanic) gentleman that pushed it out to my truck and loaded it for me. He was friendly, professional, and represented your HD store very well. Thanks so much!

Very poor Advertising on the WEB .. misleading and ZERO help from the Pro desk .. if the computer can't tell them they say website not accurate .. great business to be at Home Depo

Bought this after a 6” snowfall in northern Indiana, I recently retired and was out shoveling by hand, when I decided Im smarter than this and can afford a snowblower that can save me time my back. So , I purchased and brought it home, took 30 minutes to assemble, oil ,and gas up. I was done with a driveway and walkway , which usually takes 45 minutes by hand, to about 15 minutes. And the best part is, my back feels great!
