Looking for electrical outlets and CO detectors. Associates pointed me to right aisles and I was in and out within minutes.

associates were willing to load 10 bags of potting mix on a cart and to take to my vehicle and load for me . they were very helpful and cheerful doing it .

I had to return an appliance and the lady at the customer service center was knowedgable and helpful. It took less than ten minutes.

We are recently retired military who has lived all over the USA and foreign countries. This store was absolutely the best in customer service AND cleanliness. The knowledge level of all associates impressed us as we improve our new retirement home! Glad we retired here! You gotta visit this store if you are a LOWE's fan or any other home improvement store! thanks for making our experience AWESOME! They now know our names when we walk into the store!

Home depot is home depot for most of us contractors , it's the people that make the difference. These folks are great !

Angel,in the carpet dept.was great at helping us out!!! She got a price for us on a throw rug and we bought it!! She was very helpful and polite!!! Jess,our cashier went out of her way to help us. She did a great job getting us taken care of!!! They should get a raise!!!

Sunday evening is a great time to shop Home depot. Not a lot of people shopping and fast check-out.

ASSOCIATE MOVED TOWARDS ME AND OFFERED HELP BEFORE ASKED, MADE IT EASY TO FIND WHAT I NEEDED AND THEN CHECKED ON ME. APPRECIATED

STORE AND ASSOCIATES GAVE ME THE OPINION THEY MIGHT BE CLOSING, SHELVES LOOKED UNCARED FOR, LIGHTS WERE BURNT OUT IN ISLE AND STAFF WAS HEARD TO FIND. EACH TIME I VISIT THIS STORE IT SEEMS WORSE THEN THE TIME BEFORE, IF THEY DIDN'PARTTIMEBUILDERT CARRY RIDGED TOOLS I PROBABLY WON’T GO BACK.

The only major problem I have had with the Home Depot store in Missoula is when I bought a riding lawn mower which the Home Depot salesman said that the warranty would cover the entire lawn mower. Within a couple of weeks from buying the riding lawn mower the engine stopped working. My wife and I brought it back to that store to get the warranty repair. We were told that the engine was made by a different company than the rest of the lawnmower, so the warranty did NOT cover the engine. Very disappointed with the actions of the sales team in general. I will ALWAYS get anything your salesmen or saleswomen tell me in print before buying anything with any warranty on the item. Most of the problem with your store is that there are not enough salesmen or saleswomen to get customers to the proper isle and get them moving on.

I moved to Missoula recently and visit this Home Depot store a minimum of once a week. The store is always so clean and the associates are so pleasant and knowledgeable!

I always shop at home depot for all my major purchases. I wish you carried #6 drywall screws. I always enjoy dealing with, rand, Chris and Ray at the pro desk. Mandy and Jennifer are great at checkout. Sheila in does is always helpful and spike is amazing in plumbing

Bill is great and will help you try to find exactly what you want and does research for you on the items. Doc made the final purchase as Bill was not in and did a great job in placing the order.

Quick "in & out" which was great ~ we had lots of errands. Both associates we interacted with were quite friendly.

Wish this would copy what I have already said about Some amazing g, friendly and wonderful employees. I have told all of our family and friends to look for giñny, Robert in paint, and sparkles for help. We hope they will get some reward for being the best people we've Met at any home depot so far.

My overall experience at the Missoula Home Depot was excellent. The store associate was friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable about the appliance I purchased. Also, he was so proficient when processing the order on the store computer. I would highly recommend buying an appliance product from your store because of this associate. My wife and I were very impressed with the delivery team: fast, professional, and friendly. Thank you again for an overall great experience. I will use Home Depot in the future for all my home improvement needs.

We bought a new washer and dryer. We were told the store was out of stock but they would have more in 10 days. When 10 days passed and we were not contacted for delivery we called. We were told it would be a week more. We called again. Now we are being told it will be even longer. Manager said today that partly due to purchasing "Chinese" washers and dryers. Very Rude store, Rude managers! I guess they have enough business they won't be needing mine in the future!

Ray was great help. He was knowledgeable of the products I wanted and of its avalability.
