Best Home Depot to shop
Great customer service is always provided at the misouri city Texas location. I can always find someone willing to help from young reps to the older ones. Thanks Home Depot for providing an AMAZING shopping experience while searching for a new generator.

    Durable products and the best price compare to any other store
    - I feel like a home when enter into Home Depot store because I got a grand welcome greet from the team. - Thanks to customer service to helped for a quick return and Home Depot gift-card to purchase other products. - Team guided me to find the products very easily based on the categorization of products per sequence. - I purchased two products and they made my day: 1) Ryobi Trimmer: This trims very nicely and fast, battery performance is an hour which helps me to complete the trimming without any break. 2) Ryobi Edger: I am so happy with the performance of this durable product. Strong blade to edge the gross very easily. Before purchase this product, I worried about blade but no harm at all and full security. I was able to trim and edge the lawn gross within an hour. This saves my time and now I got twice as much rest. I am happy to recommend these products for your home needs as I am also so happy with quality and performance. finally thanks to billing team to quickly accompany me and complete the billing.

              Excellent service !
              Noelia at the service desk was excellent! I ordered the wrong toilet by mistake, and she helped me cancel the old, buy the new, and updated the installation instructions. She also followed up with the installer to confirm the install was still scheduled, and gave them the new order number and toilet details. She then called me to let me know everything was still on track. I really appreciated Noelia's help and follow up. These days, it's unusual to get service this excellent.

                        Can Not Access Merchandise
                        I wanted a Ryobi battery but they were all locked up. I had to ask 3 times before someone unlocked the battery to ALLOW me to purchase one!

                            Simple run into shopping
                            This location is not a friendly location the employees are not happy to be there. I know that some people are hard to deal with especially when they bring all the supplies up to the register and some of the items are missing or cannot scan prices. The problem start when the cashier tells the customer that they have to go take a picture of the price and bring it back to them. The other problem is when the cashier and the supervisor do not know how to apply the discount deals to the products. For example I purchased 7 unfinished kitchen cabinets and I was supposed to receive an extra 10% off the total purchase in addition to my military discount. No one know how to input the discount so I did not get it. The second one was a clearance on electrical plugs w/switch plate. No one knew how to apply the price so that stayed there as well.

                              Great Management & Store Associates!
                              I picked up two home depot gift cards of the shelf. Went to self checkout & a cashier helped me by entering his ID number & removing the perforated cardboard on the back of the packaging. He scanned the barcode inside and had me input the dollar amounts for each & finished checking out. After I reached home a bit later, I was writing the dollar amounts on the back of each card when I noticed the problem with the fake barcode. I immediately returned to my local home depot and explained the problem to the customer service manager. She tried to refund the problematic card but it wouldn't scan & so she called the assistant store manager who voided the transaction. I purchased a new gift card to replace the bad one. Thanks to everyone at Home Depot, I didn't end up losing $500 on the fraudulent card.

                                Garden Section well stocked with healthy plants!
                                Week 2 of April, 2025, I was picking up items ordered online and walked by the garden section. They had lots of new plants and I ended up buying a few. There were dessert roses in 1 gallon and 3 gallon containers that were priced very well. Some were flowering already. The lilies were on sale and with Easter just around the corner, these were a great buy!

                                        Mediocre window blinds
                                        We are disappointed by the quality of the window blinds we purchased. Because the prices are much higher than just 5 years ago, we had to buy the store brand blinds to fit our budget. The vinyl blinds let through too much sunlight compared to our old blinds, which also were budget priced, but built 30 or 40 years ago. The tilter wands feel flimsy compared to our old blinds. The wands are all on the left side of the blinds, rather than letting us choose left or right sides depending on the window locations. The left method of raising the blinds are harder to operate than the strings in the old blinds. Overall, we are disappointed.

                                              I went to Home Depot Missouri City Texas to rent carpet cleaner when I went there I asked the man work there he told me we have this for sale if you want by $248.98 that’s okay I would buy it and I pay for this and I take it with me to my home to use it I plug it two minutes and have fire in the fuse And thanks God I move fast if I could move fast have fire in my home I take it back to the store and the people there refused to attend Back tell him this machine is half fire must have written back and the people contact with the manager and the manager coming. I talk with him and he say oh we cannot take it back why the take it back because have fire you must take it or I will contact with my lawyer if you didn’t take it and I will sue your store and he saw me. I am concern he is written back. I stay there two hours Talk with him. I think this is show me is the people there working. He don’t know what’s he doing and he didn’t know how to refund the money to me and he didn’t know how running the machine to refund the money weak employees, weak supervisor weak manager I think this is very very bad business due with Home Depot and I hope so somebody see my review and you know what they’re talking and finally refund me the money and not refund it to my credit card because he didn’t know how he refund it. He gave me cash back. I think this is very very bad business thank you.

                                                  I got into the store very close to closing time. An associate helped me find the pipe wrapping supplies. Unfortunately, what I wanted was sold out. The same associate followed up with me, and gave me some other good ideas regarding protecting my pipes for the cold temps that were expected. Thank you, sir.

                                                    I was there to purchase a heater but the one I wanted to get is so up high, so I asked a lady standing behind the cashier line to help me. Oh lord she just ignored me and refused to do anything or say a world. I mean she could at least to tell me where to ask for help if she didn’t want to. Very disgusting!

                                                      Need more training in customer service and need more knowledge of gift cards
                                                      As a former employee both in store and at the distribution center, customer service center employees need more training and knowledge when it comes to placing all around orders. This is the only Home Depot I have this issue at when placing an order, and that is why I take my business to Sugarland and Pearland. It's the young kids behind the register that skip through their monthly elearnings. You can't just be content with what you know and only work here for a paycheck. Even when I asked if they could place the order in order up, they said "naw." That's fine, this is the same store that calls me because they want my business and see that the other stores are constantly seeing me.
