On my recent visit, one employee walked me to the exact spot where the product was shelved. That's not the first time employees have been friendly and helpful in this Home Depot. When I was leaving the cash register, another employee near the door said, "come back to Home Depot again." I feel like The Home Depot is my store!

I needed to get keys made, and I was promptly helped by the man in the hardware department (can't remember his name). We were chit chatting while he was doing it, and he told me about the children's workshop they do once a month, and I got really excited. This whole time, I was watching the cashier, Darlene, being extremely kind and helpful to all the customers checking out. As I was walking out, I asked her about the children's workshop, and she gave me more details, and was generally just a pleasure to talk to. It was an overall great experience. All of the employees I encountered were extremely kind and helpful.

This Home Depot always have employees available to help. I like that they ask for identification when using a store credit. NO ONE ELSE DOES THIS.

If you want a quick and easy checkout while paying cash, think again. You have to go to cashier on either end of the store, not the most convenient location.

The store was clean and organized.The associate Mrs Darlene was very helpful and knew exactly where to find the products which I found impressive! All the Home Depot staff are Always friendly and I like the people there.

This is my go-to store for fixer-upper projects. Twice today employees quickly and politely helped me find things I wanted. Today I even bought stuff to make something for my pets. It was easy to get exactly what I wanted, because each item had several choices and brands to select from!

Great store and staff is always helpful and friendly. Store is always clean and organized. It's always a pleasure to stop in and look around for items I could use for various projects at home and work. The only downside to this store is the traffic one has to bear, just to get to the store.

I was just waited on by the most helpful and accommodating employee at Home Depot. He is always helpful and tries his best to assist you. I have begun to make sure I look for this individual when entering the store. Thank you, for definitely providing excellent customer service.

Great for home improvement but not for painting needs

TONI in flooring was WONDERFUL!!!!!! The gentleman who pulled our order when we went to pickup (Sorry-didn't get his name) was GREAT!!!!! Everything so far has been wonderful! Flooring being installed as I write this and it looks great. Jason helped with another thing that needed to be adjusted and again the CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXCELLENT

Best Home Depot store in Mobile...no complaints only praises for all employees.I was in the retail industry a few years ago and wish I had such dedicated professional employees as I've encountered at Home Depot #0865...also clean , well stocked and well lit...keep up the good work and pat yourself on the back for a job well done!!
