Definitely my preferred Home Depot location. Neat and tidy. Employees overall are really great.

This store is amazing! It has everything I need for all my home projects, it also has the most helpful and experienced staff to answer questions, troubleshoot and even encourage my abilties to projects that I would have paid someone to do for me.

This store has more inventory than others, the employees are very courteous and helpful! and the crowd is also more gentle!

I had to buy some pint and other supplies on my last trip to Home Depot. The staff opened the paint cage right away and everything I needed was in stock. The aisles were a little messy and there weren't any carts available to carry sheets of lumber. The cashier and all the other associates were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

MONROVIA Home Depot Store #6629 is a great place to shop. Not only the price is always right compare to other stores but also the material items are always handy and available to purchase. Also the assistance is very helpful and friendly that makes the customers like I am would like to shop at this store no matter how far I live. Thank you!

went in for a special order and sales associate at the PRO Department looked at my list and said " this is a piece a cake " and within 10 mins he scheduled my delivery date and completed my order . Great job

This waa great,i got in and out faster than i thought.i got help as soon as i entered the building from a nice young lady in plumbing.i dont want to embarass her by getting her name wrong but she was helpful to me for not know the store to well she help me out very much.

HD is the closest home improvement store to my home. In the past I will occasionally go to Lowe's simply because they stock a specialty item or had more wide-range of product options (particularly pavers). However, when I just need lumber or paint or parts, I'm at Home Depot. The reason I particularly love the Monroivia HD is because they employ this older, disabled gentlemen as a greeter/general information person. He sits at the main entrance. That man has a photographic memory and knows where literally every item in the store is located. Even when I don't know the name of an item but can describe it's function--he may not remember the name either but if he knows what I'm talking about, he can direct me right to it. Sometimes I go in positive I know where that item is, but can't find it because it's seasonal, or has been moved, and rather than look for help or waste time, I will trek all the way back to the front of the store and ask that old man. "Aisle 21, about two-thirds of the way down on the right-hand side." he will say, and off I go, and it's there. Home Depot should pay that man whatever he asks. Don't ever let him go. He's a virtual Google of the Monrovia Home Depot.

I love going to Home Depot. My partner and I are both architects and this store being close to where I live is actually our favorite store. But this morning being the 4th of July weekend, I was disappointed. I saw some sales advertised on TV last night, so I went to go take a look at the fertilizers on sale. They are on sale for $7.99, but not for the one advertised on TV. Also, I saw some beautiful hanging plants outside Home Depot Garden and the price clearly said 2 for $10.00 and again on top it said $5.00 each. I was excited and got 3 of them. I made sure that it clearly said the price that I saw and it did. When I was paying them, each one actually cost $18.99 and I explained to the cashier where I got them from and she said that they were hanged there by mistake. Unfortunately, I had to say I was not going to get them anymore…really disappointed this morning and the only reason for me to be there were all because of the special Fourth of July sales, even when I was in crutches after a bad fall. Despite of all these, I will still go back to Home Depot. Today was not a good day but it cannot be bad everyday. Please make sure next time all your items are in the right places and in order and have the correct tag prices. It can be very disappointing when they are not and I am a frequent customer. Thank you.

I like having this HD close by my newly acquired major fixer-upper... so convenient. Customer service is consistently good and store layout is easy to navigate. The majority of my shopping here has been a positive experience... and I have been here ALOT within one year.

It can sometimes be a crip shoot to see whether commonly used items are in stock
