Knowledgeable staff. Well stocked.

Bought an owl nesting box. Was not made aware it came unassembled, and it arrived in a ton cardboard bow with parts missing. It’s been days since I called customer service with no reply

Shopped here multiple times, stopped having any orders go to curbside. Watch customer service employee come out look at me, grab a cart and go back in. Never once to signal, recognize, or seem to care that I was checked in on the app

I have been driving about 15 miles and a half hour away for significant home improvement purchases for twenty years. Home Depot has been investing in the area with two outlets, one in West Magnolia and more recently in Montgomery. The store has been open for a year or two, and they've really brought up the customer service expectation relative to other large home improvement warehouse stores. Happy to have this store and crew closer to home.

The store is usually not too busy and is well staffed so it is easy to find help buying products. Plus the Home Depot app works well for locating items. It even knows what store I am in without me having to select the current location.

We had an unusual situation and had to deal with Karl, the store manager. He was very accommodating, helpful and understanding. We were both very pleased with the outcome. We can also say we love shopping at this Home Depot. Always clean, organized and someone is always around and willing to help.

It's a shame when a customer has to repeatedly ask for assistance and be out right ignored

I really appreciated the HD employees helping during checkout; especially when we didn’t have to ask and had a basket full of stuff.

At first we weren’t crazy about the addition f a big store to our area. But I have to say we have been very happy with the Home Depot store. We have made two large purchases and the employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. We will be back as we make a few more changes to our home.

I have been in a number of Home Depo's, but nothing like this one! I will pertty much guarantee you that if it isn't available in this store then it probably isn't available anywhere! Very impressive.

I needed new carpeting for a guest bedroom, and I didn't want to spend a lot. The staff were understanding and very helpful.

The Montgomery Tx location is 1 of the best we have been to. Extremely clean & parking lot well lit. The employees are very friendly & courteous. The only 1 we go to now thst it's a few miles down the road.

All my needs can be found at this store. Friendly. Clean. Well stocked.

I will be returning often. Beautiful store near my farm that had everything I needed & more, with wonderful helpful staff.

I want to make sure to recognize Holiday in the plumbing department who answered all my questions when it came to my natural gas connections for my BBQ grille. That is a great employee to have!

We were shopping for new kitchen appliances. Alicia was super helpful and very knowledgeable. She shared pertinent information that helped us make our selections based on our measurements and criteria. She spent a great amount of time with us answering questions and completing searches online for additional information. Thank you!!!!

I purchased 3 bags of fertilizer. The ck out lady was very helpful She went and got me a cart and helped me load the fertilizer bags on the cart. Very professional and polite

Curbside sucks manager needs to be trained on customer service

Great new store.....

If you like being asked “can I help you” every time you hit a new isle. Or when your trying to figure out you needs for the job your doing. The store suck for finding what you need but wonderful for wasting your time running around wasting time.

Staff great, well stocked, easy access for large vehicles & trailers for loading

Store is huge , I have never seen a store stocked so well. We will see if it stays that way.

Tried to get a flooring project done fully through Home Depot. Contractor came out and measured, went to store next day to pick out my flooring. Flooring I picked was not available, DIY item only. No where was this ever communicated on the App or website. Picked a new style, paid, and then waited almost two weeks before I called to get an update, only took one day to get a response to schedule delivery. Day before scheduled delivery( a Saturday)my planking was “cancelled”, rescheduled for Monday, couldn’t put the planking on a flatbed. Monday morning, got another email saying the order was cancelled, to be delivered on Tuesday. Contractor was to begin work Tuesday. Called to confirm this information and highly recommended that the order be delivered Monday as it was originally scheduled for Saturday, then Monday, plus it was paid for. 3 hrs later it shows up, which I appreciate, however, this Home Depot sold my already paid for order and had to track down this same style at another Home Depot location. I hope I am the only one that ever has this issue and given the option, next time I will spend more and go th McCoy’s across the street.

This store just opened and it's amazing. 20 years ago our company built many Home Depots, interior trim package only, and this new model is fantastic. Looks so good. Check out was awesome and so was the 2 team members that helped along the way and provided some refreshing conversation. 1 was super lazy and didn't seem interested in helping us but thankfully 2 others were happy and helpful. Our checkout was fantastic such a nice young man!
