We brought our Great Dane into the Home Depot this past weekend to shop with us and the staff there could not have been more gracious! They all came over to pet him and converse with us about him! It was a really nice trip! Sometimes stores aren't thrilled when we bring him in since he is so big! Then they really helped us find everything we were looking for. it was a fun trip to Home Depot this weekend thanks to the crew there!

I bought two gallon can of paint using the same color catalog at a different time, but they gave me two different color. They can't give me a refund before I used the paint even is their mistake. I show them picture that I had to paint a extra coat to fix the different color on my wall. I'll never come back to This Home Depot again. Their customer service is the worse

I got a lawnmower and it’s the best

so far we purchased a chainsaw a hedge trimmer, a leaf blower and a weed trimmer did not send any pictures, but had good service with those items

This Montgomeryville location has excellent associates! I was greeted by multiple employees. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, and helped me and mixing a paint color that was a perfect match!🎨

Young man with out even asking helped lift the bags of garden soil and put them on my carrier. I couldn't thank him enough! I was there around 4 pm Sat. Please acknowledge him. Was so nice of him to do this. I really appreciated it.

Spent 30 minutes trying to find someone to get a box of structural screws off an upper shelf. even after getting them to page someone, nobody shows up.

Playing an extra fee for paper bags is ridiculous. Home Depot has plenty of money and should provide their customers with paper bags for fee.

I had a complicated issue which was resolved by Sharon and Alex with understanding, efficiency and friendliness.

I purchased four appliances from the Home Depot in montgomeryville, they were having a sale until December 4 when my appliances arrived the refrigerator would not fit. I returned to the Home Depot and they would not replace it at the sale price they told me the sale was over and I had to pay full price for the new refrigerator. I am a contractor who has been shopping at this store since the day it open I probably spent $100,000 last year I would never step foot in this store again, and I will tell all of my contractor friends what happened?

Very easy to find what I was looking for and employees were very helpful.

I dont know if its a recent thing or its just this store but no one seems willing to help. If you try to ask questions they are “busy” or act as if they dont hear you.

I bought some water softener salt and bags of mulch. I liked that the girl ringing me up told me I got a lower price for buying a certain quantity of water softener. She asked me if I wanted a piece of plastic to put under my purchases which I accepted. Then she suggested I bring my car to the curb to load up which I did. Then another employee showed up and asked if I would like help loading my car, which I accepted. He also offered some additional plastic to put under my purchases. I am very impressed with the service at this store!

Bought plants and products and new refrigerator to be delivered next Saturday

I made a mistake when ordering online I didn’t realize which store I was ordering it from. Once we figured out the issue, the staff took care of me at their location and it worked out
