I was new at refurbishing my deck and Al in the paint department was extremely knowledgeable, professional and treated me with such respect. As a single woman venturing in the new project, he displayed patience and helped me suggest deck stain options for my home renovation project!

Product easy to find . Store clean & bright. Very friendly and cheerful employees.

I made a stop in Lawn and Garden Center after attending a meeting and was wearing a sport coat (I felt a bit like Sam Cook). Given the nature of lawn and garden products, the area was surprisingly clean. Staff were very helpful and provided tape to assure top soil bag didn't rip and gave me a paper towel to wipe my hands - and all with a smile and a great price to boot!

This store was very clean, the products were easy to find for a store of this size/quantity of categories of products and selections within. Staff was available when needed especially at the checkout where the customer flow was smooth and quick.

In order to complete a paint job, I returned to get a gallon of Marquee exterior satin mixed. Long story short- I've returned FOUR times, and there is a bald spot where the cases of the satin deep base should be. Each trip, I'm told "it will be here in the next day or so" That was two weeks ago. Today, the clerk yelled at me as I (once again) left that "He doesn't think they make Marquee in exterior satin"

The associate that helped us was an asset to Home Depot. His knowledge of Behr paint was amazing. He knew our wants regarding our deck and suggested Behr Deck Over along with the appropriate rollers. We'll continue to shop at Home Depot.

The store always carries items for my weekend projects.

I purchased bagged mulch, and I asked the cashier to have an associate load my car because I have arthritic hands and shoulders.. She phoned for assistance, and I drove my car to the area of the parking lot where the mulch is located. I waited for more than five minutes, but no one came to assist me. Another customer who was loading his car assisted me. This is the first time that I have had a problem with Home Depot. I hope that it is the last time.

The customer service was excellent especially in the paint section.

Always have a great experience here. People who work there are great. Will be back as always

It was the Memorial Day weekend and was very busy but there was enough of staff to help everyone.

My fiance and I own a duplex and reside in one of the units and needed help purchasing two Natural Gas water heaters. We live in the city (Philadelphia, PA) but were told to go out of the city to find better deals. When we went to the Home Depot in Montgomeryville, PA we were amazed on the amount of help we received from one of the sales associates (Joe) who took his time explaining all the benefits we had by purchasing a specific water heater we wanted. Overall, we spent quite some time in the store and ended up purchasing two units and were very please with how informative and helpful Joe was. The cashier Miss Peg was also fantastic and very informative. This store has amazing customer service!

This store was clean and had plenty of customer assistance where ever I needed it. Was even able to interrupt this gentleman at the paint counter while he was mixing up some paint for another customer. The lines also moved quickly at check out.

The associate by the name of "Francis" was very very helpful. She serviced my team like the professionals we are. After leaving the Cheltenham store where the service was very unsatisfactory, she reassured our faith in Home Depot. This experience was on 5/22/2015. We thank her again.

The gentleman that assisted us witht he vinyl plank flooring was very knowledgable and explained the difference between the options. He was very informitive regarding installation of the product and even demonstarated how to install the floor. He is was very personable and knowledgable!

The store as usual was clean and well lighted, The associates were attentive and helpful it is always a pleasure shopping there.

Everything was the way it should be. It says the amount was too short to write just like my visit.

Years ago I could not find an associate to help when I had a question, they seemed to have addressed this now and it is a great store to find all the materials I need for home projects.

There are ALWAYS associates available to help! it makes it easy to shop. They know where everything is in the store and they are always ready to help.

We were looking for a new tub. fiberglass or cast iron spoke to sale associates on pro and cons. We decided to go with the cast iron. We then went to Home Depot website to check reviews on tubs. We came back later in the week and get the tub and all the other parts needed for the project. Home Depot had every at the store for the job!

Our experience at Home Depot in purchasing double front doors and side lites was made much simpler than it should have been thanks to our associate, Michael Frisbie. This was a very complicated transaction, and he attended to every detail seamlessly and patiently. He suggested we purchase during the upcoming 15% off sale which was really appreciated. We would have liked to see a sample of the door in the store...we hope it's all we hoped for. Unfortunately, had to go from a picture in a catalog. For a purchase this expensive, they should have a sample door on hand.

I made a larger than normal purchase in a lawnmower at this store. The associate addressed all my concerns and questions for what I was considering. I was not pushed towards any particular product which was great. The associate listened to what I had to say and reviewed the best options with me and allowed me to choose what I thought fit. The associate also helped in pointing me to where I could find other items I was looking to purchase. Store was clean, free of clutter, and well lit. This was later in the evening and usually most stores are cluttered or dirty at this time. However this Home Depot was easy to get around and find what I needed.

I went to the paint counter with a lot of questions and as me and my wife were going up and down the paint aisles, a knowledgeable paint associate asked us if we needed help. Just hearing those words were refreshing and he went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you so much whoever you are!!!

The best Home improvement I have been to. People are willing to help, know what they are talking about and are happy to be working there. When I am not sure how to do a repair, I always go to the Montgomeryville Home Depot for advice and instructions on how to do the job. It's a great store.Pa

Both Rita, the cashier, and Andre, who loaded the cart and my car, were extremely helpful and very friendly. I was out of the store in under ten minutes. I offered Andre a tip, but he politely refused.

I went in with specific items in mind. I was able to locate them with out a problem. I needed parts for a toilet that was leaking and found a better product than I had anticipated purchasing. That product made the solution much easier and faster than I had anticipated it would be. I was a little disappointed at checkout. There were only 2 checkout lines with associates and both had longer lines. I went to self checkout because no one was waiting. The first one I was about to use was out of bags so I moved on to another. The self checkout was fast, went very smoothly with no problems.

HAPPY WITH THE ACCESSIBILITY OF ITEMS AND EXPERTISE OF THE ASSOCIATES.............PROMPT CHECK OUT ALSO.................GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

Got a very good deal on a patio screen door.. but there was one around to ask about installation... felt like I was interrupting the paint associate about prep for painting the door.
