Great service at the Pro Desk and the store is well laid out and always well stocked. Customer service store wide is great! Every time I go into the Montrose Home Depot, I feel like a kid in a candy store!

This is the place to shop. They are very knowledgable.

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN WITH EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES. PRICES ARE ALWAYS LESS OR HIGHLY COMPETITIVE WITH ALL OTHER LIKE STORES IN THIS CITY. EXCEPT FOR VERY FEW OCCASIONS, I HAVE NEVER FAILED TO FIND A SPECIFIC ITEM OR REPAIR PART NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB I WAS DOING. RECENT PURCHASE OF A WASHER/DRYER COMBINATION AT HOME DEPOT RESULTED IN A $500+ SAVINGS OVER THE IDENTICAL PRODUCT AVAILABLE IN A LOCAL APPLIANCE STORE. ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THE LOCAL STORE HAD THE PRODUCTS IN STOCK, IT TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO GET IT DELIVERED FROM HOME DEPOT. HOWEVER, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION BY HOME DEPOT RESULTED IN ANOTHER $110. SAVINGS OVER THE LOCAL STORE PLUS ANOTHER UNKNOWN CHARGE TO HAUL OFF AND DISPOSE OF OUR OLD UNITS,.

I was very pleased with the immediate assistance I received from Patti. She actually was interested in serving us, was prompt in doing so, and stayed with us until we closed the purchase and bought the produce we had looked for.

Very Friendly Staff, Great products. The store is clean and well stocked.

I am always pleasantly surprised with the selection of items here. The folks are great at helping find anything!

clean and well stocked, but 2 x 4's, and 6 x 6's were warped badly. it appeared they were looked thru and the best was gone. I think home depot was waiting until this trash was purchased before restocking with quality lumber. also the plywood I needed was trash! needless to say, I bought my wood elsewhere.

Needed some paint for a job and received great assistance.

Good friendly associates. Product is accessible and information can be obtained in a timely manner.

Had trouble locating the 8' step ladder that was $50 bucks off. None were in the bin. Saw a Staff member working nearby and asked for his help. He came over and read the Bar Codes on the other 8' ladders and finally found the last one on sale at the bottom of the pile. VERY Helpful!

Always exceptional service, the people really make the store.

I have always heard that Home Depot staff members were little to no help in providing product information or in finding product location displays. As far as the Montrose store is concerned, I have never experienced absolutely any problem with any of the store associates and especially the delivery and installation people. All of the Montrose Home Depot personnel have always been courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful to me and my wife during all of our shopping experiences. The prices are fair and almost always lower than other business establishments having comparable products. Also, I have never seen an unclean area at the Montrose store either inside or outside in the parking area. Montrose is fortunate to have this business in town.

The sales clerk made all the difference. She was very helpful, pointing out product features and discounts we had never heard of. You really ought to keep her.

Looked online ,found what I needed, called the store and they had it waiting for me when I arrived. I was catching a ride with a friend so I didn't want them having to sit around waiting for me . Everything was waiting at the customer service counter and I was checked out and home again in less time than ittakes to shake a stick. Can't say enough how great it was ....thanks so much !

Appliance representatives were too buys working on their computers to ask if I needed assistance. After about 5 minutes, I said out loud, "Let's get the manager, maybe he can answer our questions". At that point one of the associates said, "Do you have any questions". I told her I realized she was too busy to make a sale and would call for the manager. A different sales associate helped me when I returned with the manager and she was extremely helpful. (HXG1519) She did a great job answering questions and making the $1,400.00 sale. It did not feel like a good experience. My other option was Sears home store and I will give them an opportunity for the remainder of my appliance needs.

Associates great you as soon as you enter the building. Asked if I needed help finding anything and were very quick to process my purchase. Liked the experience very much.

Our company makes near daily purchases at this Home Depot location. The staff is always friendly, efficient and helpful when needed. The account manager keeps us up-to-date with special promotions that might be helpful for us that has resulted in saved dollars. Highly recommend the Montrose Home Depot location!!

The store employees are all so helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. We have only had a couple of issues with ordering and receiving products in the past but they were always resolved with good results.

We enjoy store as always great service there. We appreciate time taken by associates to find info as supplies we need always. thank you.

All of the associates I encountered at this store are appear to be sincerely interested in helping to make your visit pleasant. I received a friendly greeting and was offered assistance by nearly every associate I walked past. The gentleman that checked me out at the service counter seemed genuinely interested in my purchase satisfaction. Great store experience today!
