All of the staff were so helpful and pleasant. This did not used to be the case at this store but now everyone is just great!

Judy was a great help making sure I got the grill of my choice assembled and loaded into my truck! She is without question a great asset to Home Depot.

It has been a long time since I had great service and I would like to thank the assistant manager at this location. I wish I would have remembered her name. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I wish more people could be like her.

I had a credit from a store in another state that the manager let me use for a new storm door; then he helped me get someone to install it.

We shop Home Depot frequently. The staff are always helpful if we need help locating items. One idea… we purchase pellets for our pellet stove in winter. We have never had anyone offer to help load. We don’t expect it, but it would be greatly appreciated.

I normally ask D for help when I have some questions about materials and tools it's good to have Khristy around now to help with those kinds of gardening issues

I called Keith in customer service to order a pickup order and he was so courteous and helpful. I called when I was going to be a little late on my way there. He said he'd watch for me and came out immediately when I arrived at the store. It makes you so happy and want to shop at Home Depot..

I find the employees in the store very helpful, especially for having cornered to market in Montrose for a home improvement stores as this is the only one that I am aware of. I also like the extended hours open in the early morning hours.

I shop this Home Depot a minimum of three times a week and every time I go in there, I am always greeted by an excellent crew, They are quick to help and guide me in the direction I need!

This is a fantastic HD. Everyone is thoughtful, considerate, and more than willing to assist. The pro desk is a four star masterpiece!!! Staff, especially Michelle are nothing short of fantastic!

Bring your phone with internet access, I could not get help from anyone nor speak to anyone.

Even with the bridge closure, we still received regular deliveries to Crested Butte. The Pro desk staff is amazing!

You need to give a little bit longer. Terms on some of the larger purchases, you need to enlarge the satellite stores that have been productive in the sales area.Both parking lot as well as the building

I bought a refrigerator and when I received it was damaged. The store scheduled a replacement and said the replacement Friday between 6am - 8PM. I waited all day and it never showed up. I called the store around 7pm to find out where it was but I was told they have no way to track. It never was delivered so I canceled the replacement and they (hopefully) are suppose to pick up the damaged one on Tuesday. I will never use their delivery service again next time I'll go elsewhere when ordering large items.

Your perks are no good. Not even a 1% return.

We love the double oven we purchased from this store, but we live in Ridgway and they did not offer installation. I don't know if installation would have been available if we lived in Montrose. This meant we had to find an appliance installer on our own because the double oven weighs close to 250 pounds. We ended up paying one guy $200 to remove the old ovens and another guy $200 to install the new ones - and the installer was very reluctant to take the job. I think he only took it out of pity for us. In 20/20 hindsight we made a mistake by buying this with the knowledge that installation was not available. We'd have been much better off by buying from a store that offers installation. Coordinating that part of the process was both expensive and very difficult.

Lindsey and staff were a great help. Personable. Friendly, great sense of humor on a very busy day! Really appreciated the help!

This review is after picking up an electric stove I ordered online. Over the past 18 months, I've been shopping at this store often as we fixed up an old house. The staff here is just the best.

At Home Depot, It's always a chore to find what I am looking for. I cannot find it by logic or intuition. I usually have to find the rare employee who can sometimes tell me what aisle to look on. I find it with difficulty. In the case of the boards I needed for shelving, there were two different bins side by side with differing quality of wood. One bin had a price of $19.92 while the adjoining bin's price was $16.92. I was looking for two 6' by 12" boards. I chose from the the cheaper priced bin expecting to pay $16.92 for each board. However, when I got to the cash register, I was shocked to find out that I was to be charged $101.52 for each board. I could not afford that so I took them back and searched out an employee to ask if there was anything cheaper. We looked at the adjoining bin that had the price tag of $19.92 and in tiny, almost unreadable, print it had "ea" printed on it. You almost needed a magnifying glass to read it. The adjoining bin had tiny print reading "pf". "ea" = each. "pf" = per foot. Both the employee and myself were surprised to see this type of pricing. One type of board was sold by piece whitle the adjoining boards were sold per foot. Home Depot should have clearly stated that the price of the latter board was $101.52 each. Had I been made aware of this price initially, I would certainly not have made the effort to put it the boards in my cart and bring to the register. Because I am that type of person, I put the items back that I could not afford. The register lady could have said that an employee would place them back in stock. But, she didn't. This really wasted my valuable time and created a feeling of angst against this callous pricing strategy. I'm sure the Home Depot management would come up with some justificiation for this. However, any explanation would not mitigate this consumer's regret for wasted time and efffort. I really don't understand why Home Depot would pretend to care about something this. But, I thought I would put in my two cents worth.
