My experience dealing with the friendly and extremely helpful staff was awsome. My store for all my home improvements and any little fixes. Montville Home Depot is My go to.

I purchased tooling and materials for an upcoming project. I had found what I needed online. I had received a snail mail offer which I wanted to capitalize on. So I went to the Montville Home Depot to get the order processed. Kari, at the service desk was extremely patient and experienced working with the digital system. And processed my order efficiently. While going to the bathroom, I noticed a company info graphic of an upside down triangle. The interesting thing was that customers were on top and the CEO was on the bottom. This prioritization of customers on top was exemplified by the exemplary care I received from Kari. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The sliding screen I had was damage via an accident. I needed a replacement and the Montville store had one available per the store website.

Bought a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher 4 days ago. Employee was very knowledgeable about each appliance. He was extremely helpful in helping us find the appropriate appliance in our price range and with the features we wanted.

A former student of mine, Jeffrey Jimenez was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and prepared the necessary supplies and requisitions for my installation to be completed.

I shop here all the time sometimes in person and sometimes online. I always get the products on a timely manner

The young man of the paint department help me find my color, mix my color and even loaded it to my cart while I went in search of another product. I found a window air conditioner to purchase and went to customer service to have someone help me load it into my car and load everything into my car. The young man that went with me to my car to help me unload products was so very, very nice. I wish I had gotten his name.

Both help desk ladies were phenomenal in helping with the tricky parts in buying a new electric lawn tractor. They made the process easy and enjoyable. Thanks!

Montville Home Depot is by far the best Home Depot I’ve shopped in, and I’ve been to over a dozen different locations in CT, NY, and MA! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful!

The store is one of the better ones. Employees are always willing to help and most of this store is more organized than most.

I bought a gazebo on Easter Sunday and the people behind the counter were really great.

So, I had an interesting interaction during my visit to the Montville, CT HD. It wasn’t long after I entered the store, in the bagged-concrete mix aisle. I was approached by an individual who had the most God-awful appearance I’ve seen, so far, by any Home Depot employee. He kind of looked like a thrash-metal, “Bozo” the clown, with orange hair and a face that was all tattooed up and pierced— a quite shocking example of poor-decision making at it’s finest. However, my issue wasn’t with how he looked. Bozo asked if I needed help, to which I thanked him and inquired about the plastic bins that one could mix concrete in. (Honestly, it was difficult not to stare. I had to force myself to keep looking away). Anyway, during previous store visits, employees offering me assistance either looked up the item their on their phone, or help me to look for the item. After hearing my question, Bozo paused awkwardly… then said something like, I think I know what you’re describing. Yes, sorry, we’re all out of those. As I was walking away he apologized, again,.. But the weird thing was how he said it, kind of creepily. Moreover, HE NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO LOOK THE ITEM UP OR WALK THE AISLE THAT WE WERE IN TO TRY AND FIND THE ITEM. I went back to the beginning of the aisle, and there they were !! …on the bottom shelf, just tucked in a little bit. I didn’t notice them. What I did notice was this complete weirdo working at Home Depot. All I could think was “Why is this person working here?” Is HD so desperate to hire??? Honestly, Bozo should be working in a circus. So, he really has the right to work at Home Depot, dealing with customers— even though he has obviously made a series of very terrible tattooing and piercing choices that disfigured his face…. and, moreover, make customers feel uncomfortable?? Next time I shop at the Montville HD, I will be staying far away from Bozo. (There are, however, many other very approachable employees, with wonderful personalities, at this HD)

I live in Uncasville and work in Waterford. Work is closer to the Waterford HD. I still always visit Montville HD be use the staff is great, the products are usually there if the site says it is, and it never seems to be that busy. Even when it is! The staff is always very friendly and go above and beyond when helping me and my family. Highly recommend this store to everyone in the area.

I went to Home Depot to buy an air conditioner I needed one that covered 350 ft and was portable. I walked in I found it in about 30 seconds and it took me another 5 minutes to check out.

First of all I want to say thank you to how great this hd is. Everyone is so nice and friendly everytime my wife and I go. I refuse to shop at the one in Lisbon after my experience with the paint lady. She was super rude and nasty. I've worked in the retailed business for over 20 years now and would never talk to anyone Like that. Montville HD is the best. Always super friendly and nice. They help me out all the time. I'm getting a bunch of doors put in and Lucas is always super friendly and Ready to help. He rules. The people that work for him rule as well. Thank you so much for a awesome experience. I'm not ever one to complain. I've worked in retail most of my life and I'm sorry I had to share my bad experience about Lisbon. But I can assure you that has never happened in Montville. Great job I'll always keep coming back. 👏 😁😁😁

Tried to place an order for install of interior but the new computer system was tripping up all employees who tried to help and did not have sufficient help desk support to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Always great to see Fe as the cashier. Her energy is beautiful. She’s always helpful & friendly.
