I was very happy with the help I received from store associate Valeria in the Appliance department. Valeria was very knowledge about the Samsung dishwasher and provided informative details about delivery and installation. Her patient demeanor was welcomed as I asked a myriad of questions and she respond to each one. She helped me to understand the measurements of my current dishwasher to ensure the Samsung dishwasher would fit into the same place. I can't wait for my new dishwasher to arrive in two days.

Associate helped me replace a bathroom fan with a new part that wasn't the same as the old one.

I deal with the Pro Desk most of the time and get excellent service from them at all times

I went to the store in Moreno Valley on Perris blvd. and I Have to say I noticed the difference compared to other home depots in the area, that this store really get themselves involves in taking care of the customers.Thanks to the help of Davina in hardware I found exactly what I needed and more.Cashier Perla Was very friendly & helpful as well.She offered me & explain exactly how to register for the two protection plans I purchase for my tools. I will definitely come back to this store more often. THANKS Girls & Home Depot.

Store is always organized, clean, and stocked. Staff always around to provide assistance, and eager to make sure they helped you with everything. Overall, its one of the best Home Depot we've ever been to!

Very helpful associates especially cashier named Perla, she helped me return a faucet without my receipt for a better quality brand, it was easy and fast to find what i needed with the help of others associates.Definitely will be returning back to this store .

I have a lot of honey do list and every time I do my shopping at Home Depot I pretty much know everybody by name Mike always very helpful and knowledgeable very friendly people love this store

When I asked the greeter at the door where I could find insulation batting for a fireplace grill she told me that they only had Halloween supplies and no Christmas supplies would be available until after October. I said, "No, I need insulation to go around that little glass door in front of the fireplace.". She sent me to appliances. Fortunately, there was an assoc. who knew where insulation was located. He didn't know there was insulation for the exact purpose I was seeking but we managed to locate a batting that would suffice. I swear that every time I enter this particular store it's an experience that I can regale my friends with at the dog park. Going to be really interesting when I finish the small stuff and begin the kitchen remodel in my rental home.

My experience at the local Home Depot store is fantastic. I know where things are located, I'm familiar with their personnel and I'm a recipient of Home Depot mail so it's always efficient.

I always go to other Home Depot (beaumont, redlands, rancho cucumonga), i just stop by at moreno valley home depot because I dropped my daughter to Moreno Valley College, I don't expect that this is well organized and a lot of selection. In addition, the sales associate are so helpfull, and welcome you right on the spot. Bravo Zulu to Paula at the Lawn and Garden are. Paula made my day during my check out. Very nice and helpful.

the store was absolutely the cleanest store i have been to.

Very please with the customer service i received from the cashier named Perla. She was very friendly & directed me exactly where i needed to find my products. Glad to find people who enjoy working with a smile on their face.

I had a list of materials needed, departments outlined. Upon entrance to the store I was greeted by an associate pleasantly. From there it went downhill. In hardware I could find no one to direct me toward sink strainers. Located by self. Asked an associate for door stops. She vaguely waved at an aisle and said "On the right." The couple immediately behind me followed as they were also looking for doorstops. The three of us spent 35 minutes wandering up and down 3 aisles until we located them ourselves. Wood screws? Same problem, different associate.Vertical blinds? Apparently Home Depot has their own Bermuda Triangle. I had to find them by myself again as no associates were to be seen. I am in the process of refurbishing my rental property and have allocated 5-15000.00 for the project. Although this store is the most conveniently located I may be willing to drive an additional 10 miles in the wrong direction to find a store where the associates know their products. At my age I do not have this much time to waste.

I could not find the glue. There was a person asking about how our water was at home. I answered her questions and then asked her if she knew where the glue was. She did not work for Homedepot but went out her way to help me find the glue.

of the 3 b ranches I go to, I never had a problem with loading my merchandise in my truck, there is always an associate willing and actually watching out to the parking lot in case a customer/s need assistance. Even the parking lot attendance and cleaner are willing to help out in loading. I frequent the lumber department so I have no problem going to the restroom when I need to, however, when I am in Garden and I have an emergency, I have to travel the length of the store since unlike most home depot which restrooms are located in the middle of the store, this branch has their restroom located in one end. other than that, I am very happy with all aspects of purchasing in this branch, hence I am taking the time to do the survey. I love going back to this store again and again.

The young woman at the front door sent me to aisle 8 when she should have sent me to the appliances. Other than that, I saved money on the product, a refrigerator filter & fuel costs by not having to drive to a store further away. This store is pretty good.

It's nice to walk into a store and be asked if you need any help instead of walking around trying to find some one to help you.

The associates are very nice and knowledgeable. I always find what I need and most times leave more educated about whatever I was shopping for.

I went to the store on Pigeon Pass first since it was closer to home but for the item I was looking for, they only had one and the box was opened and it looked like there were pieces missing. I drove to the store on Perris Blvd. and they had two. I also purchased a two-wheeler, which was useful when I took my new carpet cleaner to my car. I would highly recommend Suzanne, my cashier. She was fast, efficient and very friendly and saved me more than I expected. As a widow on a budget, I totally appreciated that. I have a few home improvement projects that I hope to get done in the next few months and I am sure that Home Depot will be my first stop.
