Willie works in lighting. Very friendly and accommodating. Knowledge level way up there. Helped me select a specific lighting fixture for my house. Store is doing a good job with COVID compliance. Employees wear masks and they have check out well organized.

Products were easy to find staff member Oyenbhen was polite and helpful

I'm very happy with this store and how it is managed. I have never had a bad experience and recently I accidentally left my phone at the check stand and thankfully a kind worker there named Pete turned it in to customer service. Anytime I need help, someone is willing to point me in the right direction as well.

The availability of the product was a factor in going in. Once there I was immediately helped by employees with my questions & directed. Rommel kindly brought the big item down from the shelves. I would like to reiterate that Gabrielle was helpful from the minute we walked in the store through the waiting for pressure washer to come to checkstand and helping get it in the car. Being handicapped she & Rommel were lifesavers. Thank you

Kudos to Chris R, Diana, and Yamel in flooring, for making my shopping experience amazing. They were able to look up my purchase history and match my floor purchase from March 2012 which is absolutely amazing!! I was "floored" pun intended. They were awesome beyond belief.

Lack of education and customer service at this store is terrible and the amount of time it took.

Keep up the great work service desk . We usually order on line and pick up in store. So the service desk is always fast and friendly. store is clean. management are great they are never afraid to help you with what you need.

Angel, Jacky, and Rosie were part of this being a great trip. Bathtub issues and returned a few items. This store always comes through when it comes to figuring out what you need. and taking time to get you there.

Staff is friendly and helpful. However, I would like to have more availability for questions on products.

one of the sales floor associate there i couldn't see her name on the apron but her and the supervisor and the cashier harass me and humiliated me in front of at least 10 or more customers accusing me of putting a clearance tag on one of my items i was purchasing from their clearance area once i complaint of their behavior they now said oh no we didn't mean anything like that we were just saying that you had your zipper down they were so rude and un-human kind ugly attitude, ugly customer services.

If someone is hired to do customer service they should do exactly that. It is unbelievable that so many people are working and yet all seem bothered to help. Maybe customer service is not your career.

If I was reading it just on the service that I received back where the dishwashers were I would give this all the stars. Corina uncertain how to spell it was amazing. She knew what she was talking about she was friendly and efficient. I even went back to ask her her name because I think she deserves some kudos for this. I like the store but sometimes the employees are just a little less than helpful.

The assistant manager Freddy was awesome! We came in looking for pencils for work and he went above and beyond to make sure we left with said pencils. Thank you again!
