NIce personnel is very helpful.

I went into the store, I needed help with a ceiling fan. The store associate Joseph, went out of his way to explain and show me a problem that I was having with my ceiling fan. He was very helpful.

so i came to this store since the other moreno valley store was out of stock on the play sand i needed to make my sons little play box. I had checked the on hands before heading there so i knew they had the product. When i got there unfortunally the home was empty so i seeked an associate to help me out, gustavo was at the saw and i seen he was really busy with customers requiring cuts so i went to the department over, wich was millworks and the associate there scanned the home and went to look for the product outside but never came back. 15 mins later Gustavo came to attend us right away after he finished up and within 5 mins had the product we needed on our cart. The whole time he attended us he had a smile on his face and was really polite and respectful and appologized for his other co worker never coming back. If it wasnt for this young man providing the customer service he did towards us we would have had a bad experience.

Meka in Appliances pretty much dealt with my family for about three days. She is always happy to help and running around shuffling us and other people needs. My mom who can't decide which one to get because I'm the one fixing everything does not listen when I try to tell her something, changed her mind many times and I appreciate Meka's patience with us. Thank you for inquiring us regarding Gas vs. Electric Dryer since my mom and I have no idea what should it be in our case. Pretty much anyone who pass by that's an associate is welcoming regarding offering any assistance. As well as the one who helped us on Customer Service. So sweet and fast. Only thing I can say is - Improve Delivery since we did not purchase our Fridge since Lowe's beat Home Depot on Fast Delivery (they will deliver it the next day).

Should be rated Moreno Valley # 1 for providing quality assistance and performance that I expect in a Home Depot operation, above and beyond that of the industry. Most items yes, others needed assistance from an associate to locate them. Assistance always offered freely without asking and when needed, they are close by to help.

I went in to find hardware to actually repair my bike, which isn't necessary in their wheelhouse. Jaris and Abraham were amazing and assisted me in not only finding what I needed but makin sure I could get out there operational! It was exceptional service. I didn't feel like a burden or like they wanted to move onto the next customer and were trying to rush with me. Also there was an employee I had approached when I first entered and asked how I could get the assistance I needed. As I was leaving, he too was leaving for the day and asked me if I got it taken care of. Great care in and out the door!

I had a great visit at this store location.. found exactly what I wanted, and at a great price.. couldn't be happier.

i LIKE WALKING IN THROUGH THE MAIN ENTRANCE. The greeter is always helpful and the baskets are ready. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If you cannot find an item one of the employees will help you find the item. Or they will look it up on the compute and tell when it can be sent.

The cashier was very nice, smiling all the time she was helping customers. I appreciate that a lot thank you Home Depot for you service & your employees . Great store!

Mika was a great help to me and I would go to her again for question or item lookup that I would need. She went above and beyond to help me find everything that I needed. And even offered to help load my items into me car. She is the main reason why I will be shopping at the Home Depot more.

Suzanne and Ramon were great. They assisted me unlike any other experience I've had at a home Depot. However****** This Guy in electrical, (whom I can't remember his name) had a "don't bother me" attitude and he was responsible for getting me over 175.00 dollars worth of merchandise. He made me feel like I was bothering him and barely engaged me while he was helping me. Seemed very distracted and somewhat upset. Overall the day turned out great and the truck rental guy was a great help too.

The Moreno Valley store on Perris is MY Home Depot! The associates at this store are always accessible and knowledgeable, unlike some other national chain home improvement stores. I never have a problem finding an associate when I need assistance. The store is always clean and the aisles typically are not cluttered.

I bought a home in Moreno Valley October 2015. I've visit this HM Depot store about 20 time since. My biggest concern is always the staff. Friendly and adviseful is what makes me come back. They make my visit easy going all the time. This happen 2 times two different girls/staff followed me answering all my questions helping me, I really like that.

Excellent salespeople, they are extremely knowledgeable of products and take time to make sure you have purchased everything you need.

This store is the friendliest most helpful store in town. I frequent it 2-4 times a month. Every employee from the cashier to those on the floors are helpful.

I was so happy to receive assistance on products I was not able to reach on the shelves and in choosing the best product out of a variety of options thanks to the employees. It was fun to find what I was looking for. I am definitely going to this store more often!
