The associates are so much happier and out going. With the old manager, the atmosphere was stifling. Now when you visit the store everyone is smiling and outgoing. Everyone is willing to help and do so cheerfully.

THE STORE ASSOCIATES (JOHN & CINDY) WERE VERY HELPFUL AND MADE MY SHOPING A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE.

Maria was wonderful in the garden department. There are times you talk with a cashier or associate and they seemed very disinterested this was not the case with her. I even thought of going back just to buy another miniature orange tree and to tell her that I did complete my survey. Also this was the first time where everyone I saw in the store spoke or asked if they could help. I was very pleased.

The people at the Pro Desk are great, in particular we love working with Cindy & Dawn.

We couldn't find a paint color we were looking for.

The one thing I found in both the Moses Lake store and the Kennewick store is they have very few places to checkout and at times no store associates manning the one checkout. I find the checkout to be minimal for a store as large as Home Depot. Smaller stores have better physical checkouts and more of them.

A store associate helped me pick out some new blinds. Vertical, pleated and faux wood 2" slats. She not only helped me pick them out but she came to my house and helped me put them up-on her day off!!! Now that is real customer service. Give that gal a raise!! Thank you Brittany!ready2ride

Overall great experience starting with being greeted at the door and helped by friendly staff throughout the store.

Hardware and Appliance people were very help full. They did an outstanding job.

the associate was very helpful finding everything. The checker Anissa was very helpful and friendly.

Sales associate Shawn in the plumbing/irrigation system totally knew the products that we needed to purchase in order to complete a drip irrigation system for our garden.

I punched Lumber, a range and a gas grill. The store staff was very helpful with answering my questions, checking me out and helping to load my stuff.

I was very happy with the help I received from the Prod desk and the great way they took me to the products I needed and explained the pros and cons so I could make a better choice than having to spend an hour or more searching the internet.

I was blown away with my visit at the Home Depot this week. I found employees that were eager and willing to help me with my needs. These employees are willing to do just about anything to take care of the customer. I didn't believe my neighbor when he told me of an employee that actually rode home with him in his car to unload not one but two loads of bagged rocks from the trunk of his car. The employee asked for no compensation but only said that it is what they are taught to do. Now I realize what he was talking about on my visit. Yes not every person I encountered there was perfect but you could tell they were in training to become great customer service employees. Great Job Home Depot!

BUDDY HAS ALWAYS BEEN A HELP TO ME. IN PLANTS, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND POND PUMPS. THAT MAN KNOWS HIS STUFF.

I live a lot closer to Lowes than I do to The Home Depot, but I choose to go here because everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and has a friendly feel to it.

Couldn't find the product I was looking for and Terry helped me without being asked. Dinah saw us coming and told us she would be glad to help us check out.

I frequent this store almost daily for all my home and work needs. The employees are always friendly and very willing to help me find what I need. I have a hard time finding things sometimes, just because there's so much merchandise in the store, but I never have a problem finding an associate. Seems like there's an employee hiding right around every corner for me to talk to. Not like Walmart when I have to spend more time searching for help than I would spend searching for the item I need. I always have a good experience shopping here.

I have been in this store and it is excellent. For my most recent order, I was connected to an installer involved with Home Depot regarding a Mitsubirtshi Heating and Cooling product which is perfect for a non-profit clinic which will be based in Soap Lake. The installer, Clay, was excellent and conveyed everything that I needed to know about the product. I gave him my Home Depot card # and now I can make the payments over the next two years and also know that a professional will install the most perfect product available for my situation. Everything was explained clearly and I feel very satisfied.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful it makes shopping here a truly delightful experience. There's always someone there to help if needed.

Bought several bags of mulch. Employee cheerfully loaded purchase into my vehicle which was greatly appreciated.
